It's been renovated/furnished for your comfort and features wooden floors, granite counter top in the kitchen, fast/reliable wi-fi, cable TV in the living room and master bedroom, one car garage, washer and dryer. The house is very conveniently located to parks, supermarket Wong, many restaurants, 10 minutes walking distance to Park Kennedy, Ovalo Miraflores, 15 minutes walk to Larcomar Shopping Center/beachfront. The house has 3 floors with a rooftop. 1st floor: the renovated kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath. 2nd floor: the three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (also renovated) and loft with a sofa bed. 3rd floor - rooftop: full bath, laundry and sitting area to relax/chat/play cards with a view of city skylines. Parking: 1 car inside garage, 1 car outside garage private parking spot, and also street parking available next to the house.

Hello and welcome to my beautifully renovated house in the center of Miraflores! I'm happy to offer you this accommodation. I'm originally from high mountains of Peru, a small town called Santa Rosa de Ocopa (near Huancayo district) and if you'd like to explore central Peru and high mountains, please ask me and I'll give you some good tips on how to get there from Lima. I currently live and work in San Francisco Bay Area and I've been in profession of residential real estate in California for the past 28 years. Like you, I also love traveling and visited Europe (Spain, Greece, Germany, France, England), Russia, Canada, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. My goal is to provide my guests with the best experiences possible creating special touch during my guests stays. Again, welcome to my house and let me know if you have any questions or if you need any information about your stay.

Safe and convenient location of central Miraflores, renovated property, free 1 car garage parking, 1 car driveway free parking and free street parking in front of the house. Street security surveillance (security person) available 24 hours a day. Supermarket Wong is 5 minutes walk (if you are leaving the house, turn left and walk straight down the General Silva street towards the supermarket. Turn right on Avenida Republica de Panama and you will see the Wong supermarket to your right).
