Welcome to this beautiful newer home in Folsom's Historic District. Get ready to feel pampered in luxury! This elegant property boasts 4 bedrooms, including a king, and 3 queen beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 3 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and hair dryer, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring the shops in downtown, attending the Folsom Pro Rodeo, strolling through the year-round Saturday Farmer's Market, paddling on Lake Natoma, riding bikes on over 80 miles of accessible trails outside your front door, or exploring the nearby wine country. The house also offers a beautiful chef's kitchen, with a stunning granite island, and large dining room table for your comfort and enjoyment. Unique to this house is a large bonus/TV room upstairs with a large sectional couch and seating area, perfect for guests needing two completely separate entertainment areas. Included in the house is AC/Heat, washer and dryer, iron, and a large sectional couch in the living room overlooking the outside deck with additional dining and seating. The newly remodeled backyard is adorned with comfortable furniture, umbrella, fire pit, and lounge chairs. Enjoy the BBQ grill and large open area with bistro lights to entertain at your leisure. This beautiful house and its walkable location will not disappoint.

Lorraine was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive from start to finish. Communication was excellent, which made the stay very easy and stress-free. I have been staying in VRBO homes for over ten years, 3 or 4 times a year. This home is, by far, the best one ever! Communication was perfect and Lorraine made us feel so welcome. The place was spotless and had every amenity you could think of. I really cannot say enough about this home!

What a fantastic home in a great location! The neighborhood is very safe and close to restaurants and shops in old Folsom. Beds are comfortable, house is so nicely decorated, and everything was just perfect. The backyard is a lovely place to gather. Lorraine is a stellar host, so helpful, accommodating, and was in touch throughout our stay, and was there for us if we needed anything. Just an all around fantastic stay.

This home was amazing! With two living rooms we could spread out and no one had to fight over TV's! The kitchen was beautiful as was the backyard where we could enjoy the afternoon and an adult beverage. We could walk to downtown Folsom really easily and couldn't be happier with our stay!

This is a fantastic, clean, perfectly located house for a weekend in Folsom! The owner was very responsive and there was a ton of room to spend out and relax in the home. It's a great base from which you can explore the surrounding area. My friends and I went rafting and it was an easy drive to the meet-up spot!

Overall, the stay was wonderful. Lorraine was a great host who was always quick to respond, house was as described, and check-in and check-out was simple. One of my friends accidentally left a bag and Lorraine notified us right away. Thank you again for being such a great host and for the little birthday touch.

Great big kitchen that accommodated 7 adults. AC was excellent for some but I personally was a bit cold at times. Location was perfect since we did white water rapids which was in Lotus about 40 minutes away. I would definitely come here again. House is immaculate.

This home is amazing. The host was wonderful. I wish it was possible to rank higher than 5 stars. My family and I stay in a lot of VRBOs and this one blows others out of the water. The home is comfortable, beautifully decorated, walking distance to downtown, and the host was communicative and lovely. Highly recommend.

Welcome to my home. I am from Southern California originally and moved to this area in 1990. I have raised two children in Folsom and recently retired from a fulfilling profession in Parks and Recreation.

My husband and I are avid cyclists, trail users, and local supporters of Folsom’s many amenities such as our lake, rivers, great restaurants, and engaging events.

I recently purchased this home with the intention of sharing it with you.

During the summer months there are weekly concerts in the Zittel family amphitheater which is a few minute walk from the house, every Saturday there is a Farmers Market (rain or shine), on multiple weekends throughout the year there are Faires and events up and down Sutter street, during the winter season there is an ice rink around the turntable, a Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony and many other festive events along the fully lit and decorated Sutter Street. You’ll enjoy different foods, treats and shops. Folsom Historic District is the gem of Folsom and only steps from this gorgeous home. Yours steps to Lake Natoma, city and state trails, bike rentals and the iconic Johnny Cash Art Trail Experience.

Both the front and backyards have been recently renovated (May 2025) to enhance your enjoyment. The front yard paths are accessible from the driveway and the street. The backyard has recently been redesigned to add more usable space for your enjoyment. There is outdoor furniture, a fire pit and lounge chairs for your use. Bistro lights hang from the garage to the house to light up the common area next to the grill. The house is modern yet characteristic of historic Folsom. Attention to detail for your comfort was a high priority in offering our home to you to share.
