We stayed here during our spring break in late March. Two families, 9 people total. The house is well appointed and most of the beds are very comfortable. My daughter didn't like her bed but everyone else was good. It was walking distance to the Spanish Peaks Club so that was very nice. We just walked up the driveway each morning to ski. Also ate there a couple of times. Pretty expensive additional cost but was nice to have. It was $1600 for the week for 9 people. Kids 10 and under are free but you have to pay a daily fee for everyone else. You pay for the whole time you are there except the day of arrival and departure. However, I think they gave us another free day after looking at our bill. I feel like you almost have to get the temporary membership there if you are staying at this house. Its about a 15 minute drive to skiing if you don't and there wasn't a ski in or out option directly from the home. As far as the home itself, the kitchen had everything you would need and the pictures are very accurate as to how the house feels. Very nice furnishings that are in good shape etc.. The downstairs was great set up with another living room, gas fireplace, fridge and wet bar down there along with laundry and a bedroom. The access to the hot tub is on that level as well. The only small thing about the house that we didn't like was the fact that the only real fireplace was in the den that is kind of small. It is a huge, double sided fireplace that is gas on one side and wood burning on the other. We found that we spent most of our time in the big, open dining room playing games as it was open to the kitchen as well. But that side had the gas fireplace and we wanted to have a real fire there. Anyway, not a real big deal because the rest of the house was very nice.
