Presented by MCNAIR INVESTMENT PROPERTIES: We're delighted to offer you our recently renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with 4,222 sq ft of space to enjoy! This beautiful property features a relaxing HOT TUB and sits right across from the Duncan Country Club & Golf Course.
As our guest, you'll enjoy wonderful Country Club privileges including discounts on golf and carts, plus complimentary access to the tennis courts and outdoor pool!
Your comfortable stay includes:
- 3 king beds
- 2 queen beds
- 2 twin beds
- Several queen air mattresses
- Pack-n-play for little ones
- Second-floor coffee bar and balcony
- Fun recreation with pool table and ping pong table
- Poker room for card enthusiasts
- Spacious den with 70" smart TV on the patio
You'll love our convenient location near the Stephens Co. Fairgrounds!
A friendly reminder: To keep our home beautiful for all guests, we kindly ask that you leave furniture in its original position (avoiding a $50 charge) and maintain our pet-free environment (avoiding a $500 charge).

Check Out at 10 AM SHARP. Events, Weddings, parties, are allowed with pre-approval and additional cost. No glass in the hot tub. Cannot move furniture. No inflatables/pools/slip-n-slides, sprinklers. Please do NOT wash our towels/sheets/comforters, we wash all of our laundry. Please treat our home like it is yours! 😊
