Your reservation is private, for the use of the entire accommodation. Guests are welcome within the confines of the accommodation and must always be identified in advance.

The accommodation has all the features of a normal house, designed to serve you with comfort and security! The password or key to your door will be sent on the day of your arrival at 1PM. If you need anything different, please let us know as soon as possible, ok?

The apartment is divided in 1 sleeping room, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, has back/front view, is at the 12th floor and 5 minutes away to the beach.
It has 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 of them set inside the other, 1 sofa, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioner, electronic locker, household items and hot water.
There´s parking 1 block away from your apartment.
We lend 1 portable cradle and bedding for your baby, as well as beach chairs, request 1 day in advance.
Every 7 days we change bed and bath linen, request 1 day in advance.
At the neighborhood you are close to the Mall, local buzz, beautiful views, Ipanema and transport options, shops and banks. Close to the beach, residential building, cozy, ideal for families who come to relax and even work!
CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM up to 5PM.
If you need early check-in or after 5PM, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest before, we will be pleased to help!
On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send the password. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive it. Please, tell us as soon as posible if you need any different.
Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.
Check-out is self-made, you just shut down equipments and close the door. Our maid will arrive by 12PM to clean it up for the next family.
