We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, spacious and stocked with all the essentials. The fenced in backyard was great for our dogs and the deck with hot tub was a big hit for relaxing nights under the stars!

Beautiful home!

Beautiful, peaceful stay! We loved waking up to deer right outside the house each morning. Such a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. The home was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy lake canyon which is just right down the road.

Texas Retreat Vacay

Beautiful location! The deer in the area passed through each evening for a visit. House was clean and well kept. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the appliances needed for cooking meals. Especially enjoyed the pizza oven! Host was very communicative and helpful.

Cute little house near lake area

Enjoyed the house which included a hot tub with tv. There is a charger for electric car. House is easy to find. There was a storm that occurred which caused power and issues with AC. Owner does a great job staying in communication and working on any ongoing issues. The lake is pretty low so not much to do around the lake as everything with the lake is closed.

To clarify for future guests: while lake levels were lower during your visit due to drought conditions, the lake itself remained open - including Canyon Park, Comal Park, Marinas, and more. We always aim to provide accurate information to future guests. Your stay happened to coincide with a rare regional storm that briefly impacted power and A/C service - not just our property. We acted quickly to resolve the issue, which even included installing a brand new air handler and furnace.
