Our Little Villa! Near Freeway, ISU, & Hospital!

Welcome to Our Little Villa! Just off the freeway and less than a mile from ISU & the hospital! Cozy, relaxing, and fully stocked for a perfect stay. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The space
This space is perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family of 4. It has a queen bed, two 4K Smart TVs with streaming, and a fully equipped kitchen. For extra sleeping, a self inflating queen air mattress with linens is available in the closet. This will be your home away from home with welcome snacks, toiletries, and laundry supplies.

PLEASE NOTE: There is only ONE queen bed, one queen air mattress, and two couches in the living room for sleeping arrangements.

DISCLAIMER: This is a duplex home, and we live upstairs with our friendly puppy. The space you’ll be staying in is completely separate from our living area, offering you privacy throughout your stay. While we strive to keep things quiet and peaceful, you may occasionally hear footsteps from above or if there’s a sudden loud noise, our puppy might bark briefly. We deeply respect our guests and do our best to ensure that you won't be disturbed.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire unit through a private entrance. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in with a secure code, making arrival easy and flexible. Street parking is available directly in front of the house just please avoid parking in the driveway. You'll have the space entirely to yourself during your stay!
Other things to note

NEIGHBORHOOD: Although we’re located conveniently close to Idaho State University, you won’t need to worry about noise from college parties. Our neighborhood is peaceful, with the occasional sound of a firetruck or ambulance passing by.

Great place to stay. I stayed her for one week and really enjoyed the cute atmosphere. Great location close to ISU. Had everything I needed in the place. Great job by hosts they were so accomodating and a pleasure to work with.

Seriously the most beautiful and well equipped bnb I’ve ever stayed at! Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Incredibly comfy bed and couches, amazing water pressure in the shower, almost every amenity you would have in your own apartment. Sage was incredibly responsive and helpful and so sweet! Would absolutely stay here again!

This is our new favorite place to stay in Pocatello!! Very clean, nice amenities, comfy bed, cozy living room, TVs in both rooms, great laundry room, emergency supplies, and super kind hosts. They were responsive and always looking to take care of us. This is our home away from home.

The place was super clean & organized!! The temperature was always good, and there is a little heater in the living room that did the job if we got too chilly. We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved this little basement apartment. There are other reviews about noise from upstairs, which was notable sometimes, however they are clear about this in the listing. It wasn’t any worse than my own home with children and dogs running around. Cute, comfortable, and in a good location.

Nice quaint property, very clean! The property manager was very friendly and easy to work with when setting up a slightly early check in! Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Pocatello

Kitchen was fully equiped. The bed sas super comfortable. This is a basement unit, and was a little chilly. Hosts were fantastic. Will definately book again when in town for business.

This is a quaint cute little place. Perfect for a quick overnight. It has everything needed for a longer stay, fridge, stove, blender, coffee maker, walk in closet, and dishwasher. I would say if you have any foot issues like plantar fasciitis, you should bring a pair of inside shoes/slippers as the request you remove your shoes in the entry and all hardwood floors. I would recommend!

So many amenities for a short-term rental. Much more than I have seen before. Spices, kitchen utensils and little "welcome" treats. I was concerned about having good AC in the summer, but the place stayed cool the entire time. Great hosts.
