Laundry room: washing and dryer machine available.
Parking: 1 designated parking spot.

Guest Access:
Guest has access to the entire apartment, with private balconies.
Access to the Cristal Lagoon and the beach Club Kabo that includes, jacuzzis, lounge area and pool.

Other Details to Note:
Valid identification must be provided before check-in for every guest.

Please note: There is a security camera located on front door and on the balcony facing the lagoon for safety and monitoring purposes

Kind reminder: Although the Baia Kristal condominium is still under construction, the apartment is fully finished and ready for you to enjoy. Feel free to explore the stunning cristal lagoon and try out activities like paddle boarding.

Construction hours are Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00pm, and Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
