気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
I was misled in the advertisement. I was thinking I was getting an entire home to have a shared living experience. The picture below from the ad is labeled entire home. I got 4 disconnected units in a hotel on two different floors. The second picture below from the ad shows an outdoor balcony. The hotel does not have an outdoor balcony attached to the units nor any where in the hotel for use by guest. When I called customer service explain my issues. I was told there was nothing he could do to fix the booking or address my issues. I asked to be transfer to the customer service reps’ manager or an higher level person and he said no because there is no one else for me to speak with regarding my issues. To make matters worst, the black out shades / curtains in the units did not cover the entire window so sunlight appeared in room first thing every morning. Just an overall a bad experience. I have used VRBO before and rent hotels frequently. This is my first negative review in over 30 years of traveling.
