Terrific apartment, unbelievable location.

The apartment was lovely, terrific kitchen,lots of room. We were able to walk to most waterfront attractions and the walk was pleasant - no hills to climb. Christina left directions to popular sites, restaurants, etc. She also left a list of recommendations and suggestions. Our vacation was wonderful...we could not have asked for more.

Great Location, Lovely Fittings, Helpful Host

My wife, daughter and I were really surprised by how big the apartment was and it's nice fittings and finish. It was super comfortable, close to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions. The information and details provided by the owner were excellent, and the restaurant and grocery recommendations made getting settled in really easy.

Best Place to Stay in San Francisco

This Condo is lovely! The decor and living space is elegant. Very comfortable! Loved the location. We could walk to many attractions, and it is right on the water by the Piers, The Ferry Building, & restaurants.. The balcony is wonderful to sit out on and enjoy the view of the Coit Tower. We would recommend to this condo to anyone visiting San Francisco. Also, the owner is very accommodating and responsive to all requests. We would rent again.

Wonderful 4 days

This property is simply fabulous. Everything about this condo is amazing. The decor, the living space, and the LOCATION. It is a very short walk to many of the tourist attractions (Alcatraz ferry, Pier 39, etc) and some amazing restaurants. I would rent this place again without hesitation

Worth Every Penny!

This is one of those unique homes that is both elegant, and at the same time, comfortably inviting. While the heart of the city's vibrant happenings are just minutes away -- the neighborhood setting and the apartment itself are incredibly serene. Loved the set-up of the two private bedroom suites with their own bathrooms. Luxurious bedding and towels. Beautiful view from the expansive balcony. Gorgeous spacious kitchen and open floor plan throughout the apt. Perfect for two couples ... My husband and I vacationed with my son and daughter-in-law, and our little grand-daughter. This home away from home -- and all the comforts and practicality it offered -- ended up being a huge factor in making our San Francisco vacation FANTASTIC! (Note: The owner is incredibly helpful and thorough when it comes to all the little details. This was a real bonus!)

Absolutely perfect

This is the perfect location to stay in San Francisco. It’s a few steps to the Embarcadero, just a few more to Fisherman’s Walk. For the fit walker it’s not far to Coit Tower and on to the Italian District and Chinatown. The convenience of the location is just a part of it. The apartment is superb and luxurious. Everything you need for a stay be it long or short. The beds are really comfortable and the standard of cleanliness and decoration is perfect. The apartment block is secure and top rank and if you need it the parking is convenient and easy to use. We have stayed in homes around the world and this is one of the best. Thoroughly recommended!!

The most wonderful apartment in perfect location

We were two mature couples sharing this gorgeous apartment, after staying in hotels for 4 weeks, the spacious areas was a warm welcome. Location is ideal walking distance to fishermans wharf and hop on hop off buses, coit tower. The owner had left heaps of ideas and advice for getting around, very secure quiet clean apartment. Loved it :)

COULDN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING BETTER :-)

Cristina's property is truly a home away from home. It was exactly as described and quite honestly the photos do not really do it justice. The property was spotless and was obviously extremely well-maintained. We loved the fact that it had two separate master suites on opposite sides of the condo - which made for great privacy when needed. The king beds made for an excellent and supportive sleep and the blankets were warm and cuddley. The condo was just a short stroll from The Embarcadero, piers, China Town, financial district, etc. Cristina made us aware of some of the local shortcuts which made it that much easier and exciting. Talking about Cristina - she is a gem ... easy to talk with and extremely accomodating. The only thing we regretted was not being able to meet her in person and give her a big hug! The condo itself was extremely well-stocked for those of us who like to cook. It had anything and everything you would want - you name it and it had it (Cristina - where did you get that Creole spice? I looked everywhere and couldn't find any to take home with me!!). We walked everywhere for the first couple of days. At the end of the day it was awesome to come back to "our" most beautiful and relaxing condo, sit back, sip some wine, and just smile. My daughter and I are work-out freaks so the gym really came in handy. The only thing (which has nothing to do with the condo) was that the gym needed some fans to circulate the air. I mentioned this to Cristina in a note and am confident that this will be taking care of for future gym-users. We rented a car for the remainder of the trip and used the parking spot. It was great to know that our vehicle was safe and sound in the underground parking garage. I would definately recommend this property to everyone who appreciates class, cleanliness, space, great beds, awesome bathrooms, and everything you need and more to make your stay fantastic. BEST VRBO STAY YET

We have stayed in several VRBO places thru the years and this was the best thus far. If you appreciate attention to detail, then this is the place for you! From the coffee, creamer, large bars of soap in the bathrooms, to every possible thing you would ever need in a kitchen-it was all there and more! We were able to walk everywhere because of the great location and lovely weather. We have two teenage boys and this was perfect as they had one end of the condo and my husband and I had the other.

The BEST place to stay in San Fran!

This is, hands down, the BEST place that we have ever stayed in San Fran. The condo is so beautiful, super quiet and clean, and it is located within walking distance to almost everything. (And if something is not within walking distance, public transportation is so close and easily accessible!) Christina is an absolute pleasure to work with, as well! If you are looking to travel to San Fran and want to stay in the city but in a more calm/relaxing/quiet neighborhood, then this is the place for you for sure. We can't wait to return next summer!

Perfect Location

Your apartment has everything and more. So clean, bright so safe and private. The neighborhood is so friendly with lots of little stores and sandwich shops around. We loved sitting on the balcony, and used the exercise equipment & sauna, just across in the other building. I thank you so much for having coffee and cream on hand. Your handbook was very helpful, mainly with short-cuts on getting around area. We couldn't have found a more perfect place to stay just so close to everything we wanted to see. Location Location Location!

Cristina's condo is superb! Great accomodations for two couples--well equipped for everything we needed. We could walk everywhere: Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, North Beach, good restaurants, etc. A perfect stay and great place to show European friends San Francisco. They said they "felt like millionaires" staying in this condo. Can't recommend it any more highly!

Fantastic location and absolutely lovely apartment

The apartment is exactly as described and pictured in the vrbo listing - beautifully furnished, immaculate, super comfy & quiet, and perfectly located. We HIGHLY recommend. Cristina was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and her apartment was the perfect vacation abode for us. We were steps away from Fisherman's Wharf and public transportation, yet the neighborhood felt tucked away and out of the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. Thanks, Cristina!!!!!

Highly recommended

We all ( family with - well behaving - 6 an 8 years old kids ) felt at home from the first second we came into the apartment. It is upscale, safe, quiet, and easy to get to. We loved the fact that it is so well equipped and it was a pleasure to cook with everything we needed at our fingertips! We visit San Francisco in average once per year and will definitely be back!

Terrific rental in a great location!

This was our first VRBO and we were not disappointed. This condo was extremely comfortable and well appointed.....exactly as it was pictured and described in the listing. It has been all of the modern amenities, including a modern and well stocked kitchen. The building was very quiet and the secure parking in the garage was a good choice since on street parking in this area would be hard to find. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony after a day of sightseeing. The owner was extremely helpful in answering our questions. Only a couple of blocks to pier 39 and the attractions of fisherman's wharf.

Perfect Location, Beautiful Accommodations, Even Better Hostess

Cristina's place at Fisherman's Wharf is absolutely perfect. It was such a comfortable and relaxing place to come home to after attending a conference down the street on Embarcadero near the Ferry Station. It is about 1 block to the F-line trolley stop; felt uber-safe at all times of day and night. It was in perfect walking distance to the Alcatraz tour pier (highly recommend). Cristina was a wonderful and thoughtful hostess, going the extra mile for an extremely short-notice booking and a silly late arrival time. She even left all of the niceties for coffee in the morning (new milk in fridge!!) Her entire place was clean, comfortably decorated, and the enormous balcony was a real treat. I highly recommend!

Fantastic Apartment in a Great Location

You couldn't ask for a better 2 bedroom apartment in a great location. You are 2 blocks from public transportation which is fantastic in San Francisco. Just a short distance to north beach (little Italy) and china town (you do have a few steep blocks) for exploring on foot. The apartment was well stocked and very very comfortable. Just a GREAT stay in a GREAT city. Can't recommend high enough!!

the best!!!

We had the most wonderful week in San Francisco. We were very lucky that it was booked for the time during the finals of the Americas cup. The apartment was wonderfully close to the Wharf area and was an ideal place to stay. What can i say about the apartment itself..............absolutely fantastic. Well beyond our expectations. The two very seperate bedroom suites were amazing with all the homely inclusions. We felt VERY much at home. AFter travelling for 4 weeks prior to our stay it was heaven to arrive here at Cristina's lovely apartment. I can not say enough to even describe the wonderful inclusions and booking it, here from Australia, was easy and very safe. Thank you Cristina and hope we can make it in 4 years time for the next cup -which we hope to win ;-)

Location,Location,Location and nice and quiet

We were a party of 2 couples from Canada, one of which had arrived a day earlier. Cristina was very accommodating in letting our friends deposit their belongings earlier in the day and before we had arrived. The Condo was everything the description says and more. The location was just about perfect for what we wanted to do in San Francisco. And when we needed some downtime to relax the Condo was in a very quiet location. The Condo itself is beautiful, especially the very well stocked kitchen. The bedroom location on either end of the Condo is perfect for 2 couples, as are the 2 bathrooms. I would highly recommend this unit for couples looking for a great location in San Francisco.

Fantastic Location, Pristine Rental!

This was my first time renting through VRBO, and I was very nervous about the process. From start to finish, Cristina put all my fears to rest. She was personable, responsive, thorough, and overall a pleasure to do business with! Her rental is exquisite, and absolutely pristine! There were four of us (2 couples) in our party, and it was the perfect set-up for us. I only wish we had more time to spend inside during our trip! Great mother daughter get away spot!

What a beautiful home! My daughter and I stayed here on our mother-daughter graduation trip. The place is roomy, elegant and convenient. Cristina was so welcoming and does exactly what she says she will do. Plus, her apartment was pristine. The beds are comfy and the linens are lovely. The bathrooms are roomy, elegant and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, so we were able to cook breakfast every morning and we even cooked one dinner. The building security made my daughter and me feel safe, as well. It's a great place to stay!

Christina certainly knows how to make her guests feel at home. Everything was perfect, including warm rain jackets just in case you needed them. I will certainly look to stay here again the next time we come to SF to visit our daughter!

Luxurious home away from home

My husband and I, plus two of our friends recently stayed at this beautiful condo. The building itself is quiet and very well maintained. The thing that sold me on it, was the 2 spacious master suites and the large living areas. We never felt like we were getting in each other's way. It's perfect for when you're travelling with others. The big beautiful kitchen was great as it is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, condiments and spices. The gym has everything you need for a complete workout . It really did feel like a home away from home. After a full day of sight-seeing it was so great to come back to a place where you can relax on the balcony with a glass of wine, or put your feet up in the living room and chill out. It is also beautifully decorated so you can see the owner takes pride in her home, which also made us want to take care of it as well. The owner was great to communicate with. She answers any questions or concerns promptly and is always available via email or text. The location is fantastic! It is blocks away from the Embarcadero where you will find Pier 39, Fisherman's Wharf and the ferry terminal for Alcatraz. North Beach, Chinatown, Coit Tower and Lombard Street are all within walking distance. And there are plenty of fabulous restaurants nearby. If you're up early and looking for a great breakfast place, try Mama's on Stockton. The lineups form even before the restaurant opens so get there early! It is definitely worth the wait. I would definitely recommend this condo! Book it!

Like staying at a family friend's house

This apartment was a dream for my friend and me. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but is within one mile (walkable) to Coit Tower and downtown SF. It is only a couple of blocks from Embarcadero and Fisherman's Wharf, and and is easily accessible to the F Trolley and 8X bus to go downtown if you don't feel like walking. The apartment is perfect for a roommate situation - the bedrooms are on either side of the apartment, so you won't have to disturb each other. Speaking of bedrooms, they are both spacious and comfy, with sliding doors to the apartment-length balcony. The apartment features a gourmet kitchen, which is VERY well stocked with appliances - you can make everything from smoothies to casseroles (the apartment is walking distance to a fantastic Safeway and Trader Joe's). The owner is amazing - she is very quick with responding to emails, texts, and phone calls. If I ever have to come back to SF to stay for more than a weekend, I will check to see if this apartment is available.

We wanted to live in an area of San Francisco where we did not have to get in the car all the time to do things. We love this area because so many things, including great transportation, are at our doorstep. The North Waterfront is so vibrant! So many great restaurants nearby or stroll to the Ferry Building for groceries or to catch the Ferry to Sausalito. Walk one block and you will enjoy beautiful views of the bay. Catch the trolley to go shopping at Union Square. These are but a few of the possibilities and you don't have to drive or struggle to find a parking place!

It is so wonderful to spend the day doing so many things in San Francisco and not have to climb a hill or tackle a long flight of stairs to arrive home. This is comfortable living at its best.
