The Space:
****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****

Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, plus a charcoal BBQ grill for outdoor cooking adventures. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll have all the essentials at your fingertips.

Step outside to the private dock—your personal gateway to lakeside fun. Swim, fish, or simply relax as you soak in the serene water views. Tie off your boats securely or enjoy a leisurely day on the water with the provided paddleboards, 2 kayaks, and lake floats. There is a boat ramp 1 mile away.

When you're ready to unwind, gather around the fire pit at night for cozy conversations and s'mores under the starry sky.

During your stay, take advantage of the many amenities to enhance your experience—sun loungers for relaxing by the water, a fun cornhole game, and plenty of board games and Roku TVs to keep everyone entertained indoors. Getting Around:
Anslies Cafe & Mini mart is the closest convenient store. Its a 7-minute drive from the property. They have a kitchen as well that the locals love! There is a Publix, Kroger and Walmart in Milledgeville near 35 minutes away. Milledgeville also has tons of dining, bowling alley, movie theater and skating rink.
