John was absolutely amazing and made every effort to make sure we had everything that we needed and were able to get settled in ok. The villa had everything that we could possibly need for the week. And the view is like no other from the front porch.

This was my first time staying on the coral Bay side of the island. It is absolutely wonderful on that side of the island. The house worked out great for our work trip. I think my only complaint is the master bathroom toilet and maybe some of the screens need to be repaired. Kitchen with well stocked. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Tyler, thank you for your thoughtful review and for choosing to stay with us on the Coral Bay side of the island. We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed that part of the island and that the home worked well for your trip. We appreciate your feedback regarding the master bathroom toilet and the screens. We do want to mention that we were not made aware of any issues during your stay—had we known, we would have promptly sent our property management team to the villa to address it and ensure everything was functioning properly for your comfort. That said, we take your comments seriously and are already taking action. A new toilet is being installed this week as part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible experience for our guests. Thank you again for your feedback—it truly helps us improve. We’re especially happy to hear that you found the Coral Bay side wonderful, enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, and had a great overall experience. We’d love to welcome you back again in the future! Cheers, John & Janet

This was such an amazing family trip and stay for our first time in St. Johns! John was excellent with communication, assisting us with the property as needed. The property had such a breathtaking view and plenty of space for our larger family. It was clean, safe and such a wonderful stay for us. We really enjoyed the pool and going out at night looking at the stars, too. We will most definitely be back and staying at the Blue Pearl Villa! Thank you for your kind hospitality, it seriously made the best trip for us.

John and Janet were wonderful hosts! The house was exactly as described, and included even more than we could have wanted! From our welcome to departure everything was great. The house had everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of beach towels-as well as extra blankets which is a plus! The sunrise in the morning was beautiful! Thanks for a wonderful stay! We look forward to another visit. Amanda

Blue pearl villa has everything you could ever want and the pictures do not capture the beauty of this place. You are sourounded with the sound of waves and a beautiful setting where the sun rises over coral bay to greet you every morning. The pool is layed with beautiful brown pebbles and you can still see the ocean when your in it. The Host, John goes above and beyound to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible and responds quickly. The view of the stars are absolutely amazing at night and the layout of the house was perfect for my family. Thank you Blue pearl villa for being exactly what my family needed!
