My family and I love to go to the Lighthouse Theatre to see the early April "cozy" murder mystery. We came across this cute, charming and lovely place to stay 2 nights. Overall this property deserves a 10 out of 10 because what makes it standout is the support, caring and friendliness of its host. She is charming, hospitable and caring, and very responsive. Definitely we will come back! Thank you for your hospitality, Lyn!!!

A friend and I booked this place for a two-night trip to Port Dover. We enjoyed our time here. Walking distance to just about everything, cozy quirky spot. Nice to have a gas fire to sit and knit by! Place was bright and clean. Beds were very comfortable. I had the bed in the front room; friend was in the room with the skylight. She did wish for a night table with a lamp so she didn't have to get out of bed to turn off the light. We struggled a little with check-in because the lockbox is in a bit of an awkward location (I get why it's there - less visible to the street - but makes it tricky to reach to dial the numbers) and I didn't understand how it worked. Lyn was easy to reach by phone and so friendly and kind, she quickly solved this and our other issue of not knowing where the cutlery is. Perfect location, less than a ten-minute walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants.
