Hi Kevin! We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. Good or bad it helps us to do our job better and ensure guest's stays are always up to standards. Firstly, we'd like to clarify that our property as stated in the description, is intended to provide a shared recreational space for guests from the Conch Home & the Lobster home. We strive to maintain the shared areas to the best of our ability and ensure that all guests can enjoy them comfortably. We have never been told about the pool furniture being old and unusable, so thank you for sharing that we will address that immediately! In regard to the pool bathroom being dirty, we genuinely apologize for that, and we always ask our guests if you have any issues as far as maintenance, cleaning, noise complaints, etc please reach out to us. We can't fix what we are not aware of. We like to give our guest's space after the initial check in communication so they can enjoy their vacation uninterrupted, so if we don't hear from guest's we always just assume it's because they are busy enjoying the beauty of the keys!
