The cozy, well-maintained home is ideal for families or small groups with its three queen-size beds and one double, comfortably sleeping up to six guests.

Inside, as you enter, you will be greeted by the fully equipped kitchen featuring all of the cookware and tools you need. Whether you're cooking in or just heating up leftovers from a local lobster shack, this kitchen makes mealtime a breeze. The bright, inviting dining area is just around the corner where you will have a view of the back deck and yard area. The living room offers a warm, relaxed space to gather, kick back and relax after a day by the coast, or simply the perfect spot to curl up with a book! The main floor also features the washer and dryer, as well as a half bath. On the second floor, you'll find four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms and a full bath, offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Each room is simply furnished and comfortably appointed—three with queen-size beds and one with a double—making it easy for everyone to settle in and feel at home. Open the windows at night and let the gentle salt air drift in—one of the small joys of island living. The full bathroom has been recently refreshed, featuring double sinks for added convenience—ideal for groups or families getting ready for the day.
