Located in the beautiful Springs neighborhood of East Hampton, this beachy cottage offers a serene retreat just minutes from East Hampton Village and the beach. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, it offers the perfect blend of modern living and timeless charm.
Step outside to find a new large deck ideal for hosting gatherings or simply unwinding. Set on a private half-acre on a cul-de-sac, there is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, and a detached garage. 5 mins to Maidstonestone beach, 10 mins to Amaganset, 25 mins to Sag Harbor, 25 mins to Montauk and 15 mins to Wolffer winery.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
The Springs is perfectly located to get to beautiful sunsets on the sound and beach days in East Hampton or Amaganset. Our house is a short walk to the marina to chart a boat and explore more of Hamptons and North Fork. We love live music at springs tavern, the coffee at S&S, weekly springs farmers markets
