Two Ways to Stay: Choose the Suite-Only Rate OR Upgrade + Kitchen for More Space

Choose from two ways to stay:

Suite Only (No Kitchen): Offers a lower nightly rate while still providing comfort and views — two bedrooms, one bathroom, in-room amenities, and a ground-floor balcony.

Or Upgrade: Add the full kitchen, living room, and second-story balcony — perfect for cooking, gathering, and spreading out.

Both options include resort-style amenities: hot tub, tennis, pickleball, and seasonal pool. Close to beach, marina, cafés, and dining. Small-dog friendly.

SUITE ONLY Option (Default Booking)

Private ground-level suite:

* 2 bedrooms with plush California King beds
* Bathroom
* Balcony with woodland views
* In-room amenities (mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig — no kitchen access with this option)

UPGRADE TO ADD KITCHEN + LIVING ROOM (Optional)

Add the full kitchen, living room, and second-story balcony for more room plus cooking options.

Upgrade pricing:
* +$50/night
* +$125 cleaning fee (one-time)

Kitchen access can be added after booking, and we'll work with you to adjust the reservation fees.

PLEASE NOTE: While the owners rarely visit Tahoe, your stay if you choose the SUITE ONLY remains private even if they use the shared entry. If you upgrade to include the upstairs kitchen and living room, the entire space—and entry—is exclusively yours.
