Welcome to Little Pearl Cottage, a newly renovated, charming and stylish coastal home across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. This two bedroom "tiny house" retreat offers modern yet cozy enjoyment, offering the perfect escape for relaxation, inspiration and adventure. Find comfort in two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen mattress.

There is one fresh bathroom with shower plus an outdoor shower-perfect for rinsing off after a summer beach day. Skylights in the kitchen, dining and living room illuminate the spaces with all the charm of a seaside getaway. Refinished wood floors with a tiled bathroom. AC/heat split system provide year-round comfort. The spacious front deck with table and chairs, large outdoor table and chairs, a barbecue grill and common shared outdoor space offer fun and relaxation. Enjoy coffee, a glass of wine and meals on the front deck. Watch the sailboats in the ocean from the property.

The kitchen is light and inviting, with a new retro style refrigerator, granite countertops, plenty of cabinet storage, two burner cooktop, small microwave, and toaster oven.

Parking is assigned and available next to the cottage. If you prefer to leave your car at home, there is an easy and scenic train from Boston to Rockport station. Walk along the refreshingly beautiful Old Garden Path overlooking the ocean. 1/2 mile to Old Garden Beach.

Both bedrooms have bladeless integrated ceiling fans with lights and remote control. Blackout blinds, 100% cotton sheets and comfortable beds invite rest. *The bedrooms are small, each ideal for one or two people, with maximum occupancy of 4.* Little Pearl is among four small homes with a shared common area for picnics, barbecue, games and socializing. Please respect quiet late nights for other guests and homeowners. The property is not suitable for large gatherings, parties or events.

In addition to a new bathroom with shower, there’s also a wonderful private brass outdoor shower on the rear deck, perfect to rinse sand off after a summer beach day.

Blackout blinds in both bedrooms along with very comfortable queen beds make sleeping a pleasure. Little Pearl Cottage is available with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
