The host is VERY unresponsive. We paid for pool heat and it did not work. Had to wait 2 days to get a response despite calls and messages. Finally got in touch and had to go back and forth before getting refunded for the pool heat that did not work. Pool also drained nearly 12 inches on its own with no explanation. Property needs major upgrades. Kitchen chairs are all broke down. Carpet was very nasty. Pieces of the floor was broken and would move anytime you stepped on it. Outdoor furniture was all rusted and broken. The resort was nice at the pool and a great location to other things to do. Overall we would go back to the resort, but would just utilize a different vacation home that was better kept up.
