We, Florida Vacation Homes, are a one of many local property management companies that offers a selection of vacation homes for rent in the resort. This fantastic gated resort was built by Pulte Homes and the resort amenities are operated for the HOA by Castle Group. Everything about this property was a let down. Bathrooms and kitchen sink was clogged and was taken care of the day before we left. Mandy who I believe was the host was horrible in getting back to us. Dining chairs at least three was broken and the chairs upstairs legs were broken. The blinds at the door that leads to the pool was never replaced so all we could see was how filthy the glass doors were. The game room was a joke, at least the pool table was okay and last the furniture was filthy and please if you do decide to rent this property please bring towels, toilet paper and paper towels. I do have pictures

The host is VERY unresponsive. We paid for pool heat and it did not work. Had to wait 2 days to get a response despite calls and messages. Finally got in touch and had to go back and forth before getting refunded for the pool heat that did not work. Pool also drained nearly 12 inches on its own with no explanation. Property needs major upgrades. Kitchen chairs are all broke down. Carpet was very nasty. Pieces of the floor was broken and would move anytime you stepped on it. Outdoor furniture was all rusted and broken. The resort was nice at the pool and a great location to other things to do. Overall we would go back to the resort, but would just utilize a different vacation home that was better kept up.
