Luxury 4 Bedroom Villa Near Canggu Club

Completed in June 2016, the villa is a brand new private holiday home and now opened for the guests offers stylish tropical home living only 200 meters right across The Canggu Club, 5 minutes from the surf breaks by Berawa beach and 10 minutes drive to the most famous area of Seminyak.
Designed in modern contemporary, it has a quite amount of space with four bedrooms which can comfortably host up to eight guests. The villa has two pavilions. On the right side from entrance door is a pavilion comprises spacious living area and on the left side is a two-storey pavilion housing the four bedrooms.

The formal seating area has a comfy sofa and wooden benches, a large flat screen TV with satellite channels. The dining area has a 8 seating dining table and separated by a marble-topped table counter for meal preparation is a fully equipped service kitchen furnished with a set of kitchen cabinet, integrated appliances including stainless steel ovens, hobs, fridge-freezers and dishwashers.

Guest access

The villa has a harmonious outdoor living space too. The 8x3 meters swimming pool is fronted by pool deck, tropical plants and the living pavilion. There are also four wooden sun loungers with a pool deck umbrella.

For a total privacy and relaxation, the villa is a perfect choice for couples, families or a group of friends staying together.

Interaction with guests

4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each has an en-suite bathroom with rain shower, wash basin and dressing mirror. The third bedroom has bathtub on its en-suite bathroom.
Each bedroom furnished with queen-sized bed except the third bedroom which has twin-beds, bedside tables with lamps, wooden cabinet or drawers and wooden black-out curtain for privacy.

Only 25 minutes from Balis international airport, 5 minutes to Berawa beach which is stunning with its surf breaks and the trendiest area of Seminyak can be reached within 10 minutes drive.

Getting around

We here to arrange all transfer airport, and also give you all advice you need for any transport in Bali.
Taxi is available at the end of the street. Normal wait is less than 3 minutes.
Bike are available on request for only $6 per day.

Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day. Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
