Our Service apartment in Kandivali east is meant for those willing to experience rich royal dwelling. This Exotic Pool Villa is located in the Kandivali East Mumbai area. This Service Apartment in Kandivali East has Spacious two internal living areas, a gourmet kitchen, and an outdoor terrace combine to create an excellent hideaway for quiet pleasures in between city excursions. Families, friends or business travelers can stay up to 15 people in one of the four comfy rooms.

For families and business traveler groups only, No bachelor and party people are allowed.

Enjoy relaxing evenings watching TV or sharing stories on a terrace. In the modern, fully equipped kitchen, prepare delicious meals, and gather around the lovely dining table for four, or create your own sitting area in one of the two living rooms. The gallery-worthy artwork and modest touches of beautiful décor are enhanced by smooth hardwood flooring and uncluttered white surfaces, which create a natural tranquility.

No detail has been missed in the kitchen, which is completely equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. Our villa has an indoor and outdoor dining table and parking for two.

Bedroom

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower, a TV, a desk, and access to a small balcony.
Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, a television, and access to a bathroom.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds, a television, and a view of the garden. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower.
The bedroom has a round shaped bed with an LED TV and AC available in the room with an attached bathroom.
There is plenty of room to work.It is an office with a lot of seating areas, but can be used for sleeping if needed.
Each bedroom has an AC and an LED TV. Office cum The bedroom is a working area, so no TV in that room.

Hair dryers are also available in each bathroom if you forgot to bring your own.

Living Room

White living room walls with contemporary furniture, which matches the traditional colour décor of this villa. Choosing a neutral colour palette and larger pieces of living room furniture has added a homey feeling, which is what we wanted to present.

This villa has 2 living rooms with LED TVs and AC in each one. Free Wi-Fi is available if you want to check your mail, want to see what’s going on with your friends, or want to share your vacation pictures with others.

The first living room has a 5-seat sofa and enough room to add more seating. It also has a massage chair for you to relax in. Through this room you can access indoor swimming, which has its own sitting area for more than 6 people, its own private small bathroom, and a steam room, which you can use as a changing room.

The second living room has a 5-seat sofa and another single-seat sofa. This living room also has a small dining table for 5 people and a big window to enjoy the outside view.

Kitchen

The kitchen is completely stocked and equipped with all of the appliances and conveniences you’d find at home, including a microwave and a refrigerator with plenty of space for storage and a strong marble shelf. A gas stove is also available if you want to cook a meal instead of eating out. A small grill or tandoor is also available if you are in the mood for some grilled food.

Two chefs are present for all your cooking needs.

Amenities

A complimentary newspaper is provided, so just use the stairs that will take you to the best area of the villa, which is the terrace.

Our villa comes with a well-equipped gym for health-enthusiastic guests. The gym also has AC if working out gets a little sweaty. From a treadmill to dumbbells to multiple elliptical machines, all for you to work out whenever you feel like doing it.

Just outside the gym, there is a terrace area where you can enjoy time with your family or friends. You can either have lunch or tea around the table. This is a good place to spend time with your kids; they can enjoy the view or just play around. There are a lot of place to just run around or sit back and relax and enjoy the view.

Security

When travelling, security can be an issue. That is why we have a 24/7 working CCTV camera available. We use a tablet for contactless check-in. If you are travelling via car, we also have a 2-car park available, so you won’t have to worry about finding a parking space.
