The space
Welcome to your peaceful retreat in Wolftrap, where comfort and nature meet. Your private kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy meals at home, including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hot water boiler, and portable counter cooktop. The added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, iron with a full-size ironing board, and steamer ensures you have everything for a comfortable stay.

Relax in the dining room by the cozy fireplace, which leads to a charming patio—a perfect spot for unwinding. The bedroom features a spacious walk-in closet, while the bathroom boasts a beautiful Carrara marble vanity, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.

Beyond your private sanctuary, you can enjoy world-class performances at nearby Wolf Trap or simply relax in the peaceful environment surrounded by mature trees. After an unforgettable show, return to your tranquil retreat, enveloped by nature's beauty.

The photos showcase a serene space that comfortably accommodates up to two guests. This private retreat occupies one full level of a four-level home, situated on the ground level, just above the basement. It offers complete separation from the rest of the house, with its own private entrance through the backyard.

While the space doesn’t have a dedicated AC unit, we are more than happy to adjust the temperature to your liking to ensure your comfort. Additionally, a tower fan with remote control is provided to enhance air circulation. There’s also a portable heater with a remote control that you can use to achieve your desired temperature, and both the tower fan and heater are super quiet, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay.

For groups larger than three guests:

The finished basement level (with an additional bathroom) can be added to extend your space, providing you with two spacious levels totaling approximately 1,500 square feet. This expanded area remains entirely private and separate from the rest of the house (No pets are allowed in the basement).

The basement features a cozy queen bed, a sofa, dining table, tv, and soft carpet flooring and a full bath. For additional guests (up to six), three sofa beds are available. Should you need extra comfort, we can also provide two Japanese floor mattresses to layer on top of the sofa beds for a more restful sleep.
Other things to note
If you're attending a show or concert at the Wolf Trap Filene Center, there's a convenient walkable pathway that leads directly to the venue. The path is paved, but has some steps and some sections may require using your cell phone flashlight at night for better visibility.
