Nice Quiet Retreat in Chatham

Our stay was perfect for our purpose. The home was quaint, clean and updated. It was not too far from the heart of Chatham and an easy distance to the beach. It had a welcoming atmosphere and came well equipped with everything we may need. It was just two of us, so we each had our own room with an additional space to spare. The host was responsive to any questions we had. A lovely several days

We loved our stay here. It is a great location if you don’t mind a short drive to downtown Chatham. The house had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Would highly recommend.

Home base to discover Cape

We are from Florida and enjoyed this cottage feel home. It’s in a very nice residential neighborhood close to the water. It was quaint & comfortable for our family of four. We ate out every day but the kitchen had everything you needed. I would recommend this to any family looking for an affordable place. The Chatham area was ideal to explore the Cape island.

Great Location!

The cottage was clean and cozy and in a great location, within walking distance of Hardings Beach and one of our favorite Chatham restaurants, Mom and Pops Burger. The Del Mar staff was super responsive and helpful!

Paint and repair the screen door. Replace the coffeemaker There are animals either in the wall or above the ceiling; you can hear them chewing at night.

Friends reunion

Two women with 40 years of friendship history met at Sea Pines Cottage for a week. The neighborhood is lovely, peaceful and quiet. Cottage was immaculate and we are "picky". Wonderful shower. Walked every morning to Hardings Beach and back. One of us slept on the "murphy bed" which is actually a futon. Comfortable. We had one question and management responded immediately. I have rented in Chatham many times and this cottage was terrific.

My stay

Enjoyed ourselves but there were calls that our dogs barked and there were some issues with the house dripping faucet and doors that stick , and it was also musty.

Quiet in October

We found the house to be in a neighborhood of a lot of other rental properties that were not occupied and so it was quite quiet but that was what we needed. The house was clean comfortable and homey. The only problem we ran into was the TV and VCR didn't work. The location made it easy to get to other locations on the Cape. There were plenty of beaches to walk with our dogs.

pristine in cleanliness and peaceful location near Harding's beach

a very comfortable home - we had a great time! just a few small things: we cooked in a few nights and there were no utensils for eating whole lobsters - we wound up using a hammer we found in a tool set! Also, it wasn't clear (may have been i missed it) that there was no cable for TV watching. We played games instead and had a lot of fun! Thank you.

Quaint, clean, amazing place for me and my family!

This was a perfect place for my two boys (4 yrs and 8 months) wife and dog! It was clean and in a great location! Hopefully we can make it back sooner then later! The management company was amazing and responded immediately when I had a question!

Perfect Family Getaway!

This home was the perfect choice for my family. We had our three kids and dog in tow, and everyone had a wonderful time. Close to the beach, immaculately clean and outfitted with everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy ourselves!

Best Friends trip w/ Kids (and dogs!)

My girlfriend and I rented this lovely home with our four kids and two dogs between us, and we had a fabulous time. Perfect location for getting to the beach, restaurants, and the charming downtown of Chatham. On a side note, we were lucky to get such awesome weather in April, too! We will definitely return for our annual girlfriends getaway!

Perfect Perfect Perfect

We definitely made the right choice with this cottage by the bay. Our kids and pup were happy, the host recommended a great babysitter for us, so my husband and I were able to go out to gorgeous downtown Chatham and enjoy a night out at a great local sushi spot, followed by drinks on the veranda of the Chatham Bars Inn. Everyone was happy!
