Located in close proximity to the Laurel Ridge Country Club at 3,200ft, this cabin is a stone's throw from shops and dining in Waynesville! Additionally- it's just 7 miles from downtown Maggie Valley!

Enjoy a large covered deck w/fire table & stunning views of the surrounding mountains!

Excellent cell service, Fast Wi-Fi, Paved/Maintained Roads.

Nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, Lanfyne Ayr offers the perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility. Located just minutes from downtown Waynesville and a short drive to Asheville, the property offers breathtaking mountain views while being close to golf courses, hiking trails, and local attractions. With ample space for family and friends, Lanfyne Ayr is ideal for both relaxation and adventure. A mix of luxurious rustic design with modern amenities.

Lanfyne Ayr offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 11 guests. There are extra trundel beds in the lower level. The "Theme Room" on the lower level boasts a propane fireplace. The "Game Room" on the lower level has a ping-pong table.

House is fully equipped with a Pack & Play, highchair, baby monitors, etc. Set on a private 2-acre mountain property, it provides a serene and spacious retreat for your stay.

Other things to note:
In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees will apply:
$220 Cleaning Fee (includes extensive cleaning and turnover) INCLUDED IN TOTAL COST
11% Tax – NC State & Haywood County Taxes.
• Please note: Late checkouts without prior approval will incur a $100 fine.

This property is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The home includes multiple stairs, uneven surfaces, and narrow doorways that may make accessibility difficult for those using wheelchairs or walkers.

Nearby essentials include Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Teague’s Market, and multiple Dollar General locations for convenient stocking up. Incredible hiking trails are just a short drive away from Lanfyne Ayr.

Make Yourself At Home

We recently stayed at this house. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. It truly felt like you were staying with extended family. "Make yourself at home" really is possible here! We didn't have small children with us, but they had things for them too (including infants). We enjoyed our time together as a family using this house as a base camp. Close enough to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountains National Park one direction and the Biltmore in Asheville the other. There are grocery stores close by to stock up for food to utilize the well stocked kitchen. They had everything! We also enjoyed the gaming area downstairs plenty to occupy the downtime of an evening. All communication with the manager/host was promptly addressed. Thanks for everything! We had a great stay!

The process for reserving the home was easy enough. There were some housekeeping details that were not as well attended to as could be. The ad was misleading. We intentionally looked for a place that had two king size beds, and this ad promised that this property did. Once we arrived, we discovered one king size bed and a queen size bed.There were no toiletries that are commonly included at this property. For example, no bath soap or shampoo. It might be helpful would suggest that their guest bring those things with them.The host was readily available and answered inquiries, timely manner.
