The location is excellent and the sunsets are amazing! It is very close to the beach, just across the street and we also took advantage of the pool regularly. It was easy to walk to shopping and some restaurants. I recommend Fractured Prune donuts, we were there a couple mornings. The bedrooms are large as are the closets - bring your own hangers. The living room and deck space are large. Having 2 bathrooms was great. Some things to be aware of, if you have pet allergies, there is a lot of dog hair. It's not on all of the furniture, it's clear there has been cleaning and vacuuming, but behind everything, the beds, the couch, etc where you might not see, but occasionally it will drop to the floor and be more obvious. We have a little bit of allergies in our family, but it did not bother us, but if you have significant allergies, it might bother you. There is not a lot of drawer space, if you stay for a week like we did, it's hard to find places to put everything, we used the shelf above the clothing rod in the closet. Also, not a lot of cookware. If you're planning on cooking a lot of meals where you might use several pots, pans, etc, you may have to bring some of your own. I think this is a new listing, so hopefully they stock some more everyday kitchen items like saute or frying pans. Last, it is a bit musty smelling, especially in the cabinets in the kitchen, it will hit you when you open them. Overall, the location, convenience, and large rooms outweigh the other.
