*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id

*- A preauthorization charge of $1000 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.

*- When booking with CC the CC processing fee is no refundable if you decide to cancel the reservation. You booking will be refundable based on the cancellation policy minus the CC processing fee for the amount paid.
