Enjoy stunning Catalina Mountain views from this family-friendly 3BR home! With a private pool, spacious backyard, and multiple gathering areas—including a game room, cozy family room, and upstairs lounge—there's room for everyone to relax and have fun. Perfect for families looking to unwind, play, and take in the beauty of the Tucson desert.

I live locally, so I am available to my guests if/when they need assistance, or just want recommendations for things to do, or places to eat/visit.

Our guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the following:
1- locked pantry in kitchen
2- locked closet under the stairs

Welcome to your perfect family getaway in Tucson! This spacious 3-bedroom home is designed with families in mind, offering comfort, entertainment, and unforgettable views of the stunning Catalina Mountains.

Breathtaking Desert Views: Wake up to panoramic mountain views and enjoy vibrant sunsets from the backyard or primary bedroom/sitting area.

Room to Relax & Reconnect: With three separate gathering spaces—an inviting family room, a fun-packed game room, and a cozy upstairs living area—everyone can spread out, unwind, and enjoy their own kind of fun.

Outdoor Oasis: The private backyard features a sparkling pool, lounge seating, a comfy firepit area, and plenty of space for family BBQs and outdoor dining under the desert sky.

Comfortable Bedrooms: Three well-appointed bedrooms provide restful retreats, including a primary suite with mountain views, a separate TV room, and an en-suite bath.
*Please note, our fourth bed is a sofa-bed in the upstairs family room. It is suitable for our younger guests and is not ideal for adults.

Entertainment for All Ages: Challenge each other in the game room or settle in for movie night—there’s something here for every member of the family.

Truly a remarkable, beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The outside and inside complement each other well. The communication from Amber was great, wish that everyone was this good. There’s so many resting and sitting spots it allows for everyone to have plenty of privacy and alone time. The table soccer and air hockey are great to play inside while staying cool. Outside the pool is amazing and so refreshing. The view from the pool is breathtaking. There’s plenty of lounge chairs for sitting in the sun or in the shade. Lastly, the master bedroom view is stunning. Lying in the bed in the morning while watching the sunrise is like a dream. I highly recommend this location and I hope others love it as much as we did.

This house is fantastic! The house was well stocked with anything you might need, the host was very welcoming and responsive, the location is great, and l cannot put into words the stunning view! We sat outside every morning and enjoyed coffee while watching the sunrise over the mountains, absolutely incredible! I will 100% check to see if this place is available next time we are in the Tucson area. Thanks again for having us.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and worked well for our trip. While the property was nice, we felt the photos made it appear a little more spacious than it actually was, and the pool was smaller than we expected.There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The pantry wasn't available for guest use, and most of the kitchen cabinets were full of dishes and household items, so we had to keep our groceries on the countertops. The ice maker wasn't working, so we purchased a bag of ice, which wasn't a major issue. The shower curtain in the primary bathroom didn't fully contain the water, causing it to splash onto the floor, and the kitchen trash can was quite small, so we found ourselves taking out the trash several times a day.None of these issues significantly impacted our trip, but they are things the owner may want to address to make the guest experience even better. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the home.

We appreciate your suggestions and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. Regarding the home's size and pool, we understand that photos can sometimes create different expectations. To help guests make an informed decision, our listing includes the home's exact square footage as well as photos and descriptions of the backyard and pool. The pool is a standard residential backyard pool, typical of many homes in Arizona, rather than a large resort-style pool. Unfortunately, our ice maker is permanently out of service and is disclosed in our house information before arrival, so guests can plan accordingly. While the kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals, we recognize that pantry storage is limited and appreciate that feedback. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We appreciate your thoughtful comments and are happy to hear you had an enjoyable visit.

Long stay

The house was beautifully situated and I enjoyed my stay. The house needs overall repairs: the ice maker didn’t work, the carpet was dirty and coming up in areas, the faux hardware was peeling up, I was only able to use one sink in the primary bathroom due to the stopper being stuck down and the other sink (along with the sink in the second full bath) did not have a stopper. The pool was missing several tiles, the outdoor furniture was torn and the outdoor pavers were breaking. The couch lost many feathers coming out and poked me when I sat on it (even with a sheet on it). I was there for 2 weeks with 3 non-shedding dogs and the cleaners said the carpet had so much fur, it was hard to clean. However, my dogs were only on that part of the carpet 2 times (it was only me staying there all but 3 nights). Additionally, I used rages to clean up spilled food with the rags provided (in the laundry room) and they said they weren’t rags. There were only 2 beach towels (glad I brought my own). So while I enjoyed the location, I do not believe things were done properly before my stay (the towels put away properly and the carpet being vacuumed well)and I was required to pay.
