Summary:
Welcome to this incredible oceanfront condo! The unit is in Sea Marsh II, which is about as far North as you can go in North Myrtle Beach. The unit is completely updated and has enough room for up to 8 guests, so bring the entire family to enjoy this beautiful view!
The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.
Parking: Easy access private parking garage. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: From the parking garage, take an elevator to your unit and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code.
Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Coffee machine.
Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views. Sofa.
Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed. TV.
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Comfortable king bed.
Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds.
Bathroom 3: Full bathroom.
Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!
Pool: Complex pool is a shared indoor pool and open year round!
Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.
A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.
Pier: Pier is not for public use and can only be used by patrons of the nearby building.
Deck Area: Shared oceanfront deck area with lounge chairs included.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool and oceanfront deck.
The Neighborhood:
The complex is located in a quiet and less busy part of North Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation. ✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 29.9 miles 🏦 Coastal North Town Center is about 4.4 miles 🐟 Cherry Grove Fishing Pier is about 1.8 miles
Getting Around:
Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.
Other Things to Note:
We give our guests space to enjoy their vacation but are available through the app if they need us!
Interaction with Guests:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. For details on our cancellation policy, please refer to the booking terms provided during reservation.
No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 8.
Routine Pest Control happens on the first Monday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry. ADDITIONAL NOTES: 1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. 2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
