The house is cute and served us well. The neighborhood was good. We did have one incident where a couple (drunk?) guys threw stuff at the house. They went on their way, however, without further incidence. It did leave a bitter taste regarding safety. One Uber driver suggested that the two 14-year-old girls or my wife not to explore the neighborhood.The house has everything one would need. We loved the fenced in yard for our dog (45 lbs). We did get charged for his paw prints, some dog hair we missed when cleaning, and a dirty towel after we had left, though. The house is close to groceries, shopping and sightseeing. The host was very responsive to my messages.I enjoyed staying here and am considering retuning with "the boys" next year for the world cup.

The shower on the master bath won’t stop the water from coming out of the spigot to get enough pressure out of the shower head.

The home is very clean and there’s a lot of room. Check in was easy. Centrally located to a lot of things. We were less than 10 mins from any activity we went to do. The host was great, as we left items and she mailed them back quickly. The listing says there’s a pool but there is not a pool. I would stay here again.

What a great location for Kansas City, I still can't believe we were able to get this a few days before Nebraska fans invaded the city for the game at Arrowhead. Close to Arrowhead Kauffman, downtown, westport, great food, nice neighborhood, etc. Had a hard time getting a ton of water pressure in the master bathroom shower, but a very very minor issue given how well the house worked for us.

5 star for sure we all had an amazing time and the house was in perfect condition upon arrival. It is in a hot crime area but that didn’t really bother us a whole lot

Location, Ease of Access, Overall Nice Stay

Our family stayed in this property over the 4th of July. Great location to all things Kansas City, incredibly easy to access from the interstate and downtown roads. The property was very accommodating, and the host was very responsive and forthcoming. The only downfall, which had nothing to do with the house or owner, neighborhood was noisy and made it difficult for our children to go to bed. I believe this could have been the 4th of July festivities, so absolutely no bad towards the owner or property.

My home is in the center of the historic city along some of the most well maintained tree lined boulevards (Paseo near Linwood). This location has easy access to interstates and highways as well as municipal services. It is close to everything, downtown, restaurant, entertainment districts, retail shopping and hospitals.

It has spacious clean bedrooms that can accommodate 8-10 sleepers, 2 full baths and outdoor balcony with hammock chair overlooking Paseo on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor provides large living dining, half bathroom, washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen with island. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large wood deck with 6 feet privacy fence and enclosed play area for small dogs.
