property just as described, great communication. lots of great little touches like a snack basket, even a bottle of champagne in the fridge! charming little property that felt very cozy. One thing to note was the beds were a little creaky which may upset light sleepers.

Adorable place in great location

The house is adorable, well-maintained, and in the perfect location for sightseeing in Annapolis. The hosts were responsive and left coffee and treats for us, which came in very handy. Our only suggestion, and it's a small one, is that a list of local attractions and recommended restaurants would be useful.

LOVED our stay!

Our host Liz, was nothing short of amazing. She was very communicative and professional. The house was adorable and the location was perfect. The bathrooms were stocked with any toiletry you could possibly need. Can’t say enough about our stay and would highly recommend!!

The best

We had the best stay! My husband I took a short weekend trip with our dog. Liz was so accommodating and even left us wine and chocolates to celebrate. She was so nice and even let us stay as long as we wanted on Sunday!

Great Property

We stayed here for our son’s Iday and it could not have been more perfect. It was a comfortable walk to Gate 1 and DTA. Liz was very accommodating with check in and check out times and all of the special touches made our stay that more comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Great weekend in Annapolis staying at Crabcakes and Football

Can’t say enough on how great our stay in Annapolis was. First time using Home Away and could not be happier. After Staying in hotels when we came down to Annapolis we decided to rent this property. Not only was it more space but everything in the home was perfect and provided. Hoping to make this an annual location for our trip.

Enjoyed the crab cakes; looking forward to football!

This place was perfect for our family of four to take a short weekend away from DC. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was wonderfully accessible - walking distance - to downtown restaurants, shopping and art galleries. Owner Liz pays attention to details and had everything ready when we arrived. Now that we've been for a fun summer weekend and know how close the place is to the Navy football stadium, we hope to come back this fall. Can't recommend the historic district CC&F highly enough!

Charming, squeaky clean, super convenient

We stayed here with another couple for a USNA reunion weekend. This was perfect. The row house has the charm of a historic home and the comfort of up-to-date amenities. It's within walking distance of the stadium and several fun restaurants on West Ave. We appreciated all Liz's thoughtful welcoming touches. Would definitely do this again.

Overall, a very positive experience

Everything about this weekend was perfect! Liz is a hands-on hostess, and was a great resource for all things Annapolis. The location is great for walking to the naval academy, to town, and to several very good restaurants. Googled Leos for dinner, one of her recommendations, and it was 450 feet away. The same for The Lighthouse for breakfast. Both were excellent. The house is beautiful, and had everything we needed, including a welcome bottle of prosecco. 5 stars all around.

Wonderful Home, Wonderful Host

This is the first time we booked a home through HomeAway so we were a little anxious upon arrival. My adult kids, my husband, our two dogs and I were pleasantly surprised ! Liz's home was warm and inviting and very, very clean. Our dogs felt right at home and really enjoyed the special cookies that Liz left for them (us humans loved the champagne!). Liz answered our questions immediately and promised to make herself available if we needed her at all during the stay. We will definitely stay with Liz when we come back to visit all of our Annapolis friends!

No football, but yes crabcakes, antiques, museums and more!!!

Our family of three plus dog enjoyed a spring long weekend at Crabcakes and Football property and it was perfect. The house is super cute and in good condition, and had everything we needed. Owner Liz provided thoughtful little touches that made us feel like we were old friends. The location is divine too; we basically parked our car behind the house when we arrived and did not touch it again until it was time to leave. We walked everywhere, down West Street, full of shops and great food (we particularly enjoyed The Metropolitan and Luna Blu), and onto downtown and the harbor. Our five-year-old enjoyed spending one rainy morning at the Annapolis Maritime Museum, and we all liked lunch at the Boatyard afterwards. We are already plotting our return to Annapolis and will be contacting Liz about another rental.

Wonderful Home Away from Home!

We stayed at Crab Cakes and Football for Plebes Parent Weekend at the USNA. From booking to checking out, Liz was so responsive to our every request and question. We found out before arriving that our daughter was sick and would want to stay in and rest while we visited. So I asked Liz about area restaurants that delivered or did take out and she sent me an extensive list of places to go. She also offered to let us check in a little early and leave a little late, so that our daughter would have plenty of time to recuperate before reporting back in. The house is spotless and filled with everything you need - plenty of towels, a blow dryer, extra pillows and blankets as well as a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. We easily fit our two cars, The area is very quiet and peaceful. But you can be at a variety of restaurants and bars on West Street within a few minutes walk and the walk to Main Street in DTA is about 10 minutes. It's also only a 15-20 minute walk to the USNA, so very convenient to not have to drive and park on the Yard. We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay here. We look forward to returning many times when we visit our daughter over the next few years! Liz, thank you for sharing your home and being such a gracious and responsive hostess!

Amazing property! Reviews are spot on! Every amenity you can imagine!

Best rental we've stayed in during our daughter's 4 years at the academy. Liz is exceptional communicating! Reviews are 100% accurate. My favorites: -Location: easy walk along West St to all sorts of cool places -Backyard & parking: great for morning coffee and no stress finding a spot to park on the street. -Real cable TV. No streaming necessary. Really appreciated that during football season! Book it, you will be thrilled!!

Crab cakes and Football

Charming house with two private parking spaces. Very well equipped and great location. Liz, the owner, is very accommodating and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Second Time Staying here - a Favorite

This is the second time we've stayed at Liz's place. It's one of my favorite rentals in Annapolis - location is great - close to everything, but quiet in the evenings, easy access to restaurants on West St., walking distance to Main St and the USNA. The home is very clean and is the most well stocked rental we've ever stayed in - kitchen has everything you could need and plenty of extra towels, pillows, blankets, and toiletries upstairs. We will definitely be back for a third visit in the near future.

Perfectly charming

This property was perfect for our stay in Annapolis for an event at USNA. Listing pics don’t do it justice- if you like what you see, you’ll love it in person. Everything was clean, well-stocked kitchen tools, clean and crisp bedrooms, comfy sofa in living room. Outdoor space is adorable (although it was too chilly for us to enjoy.) Liz was super accommodating for our needs, and we loved the touch of Prosecco and cold bottles of water waiting for us upon check-in. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Such a find!

Liz thought of everything to make our stay easy and fun. We were welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco, there was plenty of bottled water in the fridge, coffee, tea and a very well appointed kitchen. She made sure we had dish and laundry detergent, plenty of extra towels - everything we needed after a long road trip. The house was perfect for us, our dogs and our grandkids. And, the location and off street parking make this property a rare find. We look forward to staying here again.

Thoughtful, personal touches

Location was perfect, we walked everywhere. Property was very clean had everything and more you could possibly need for a weekend away. All of the personal touches and extras were very much appreciated. Thank you so much! I don’t think we’d will ever stay in a hotel in Annapolis again if this property is available.

Perfect!

The house was perfect! Adorable, super clean, and well stocked with all the essentials. We used it for my bridal party to get ready and it couldn't have worked out better. Liz was a great host - very accommodating and quick to reply. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting Annapolis!!

Navy vs Air Force Game

Liz is an amazing host. She's extremely accommodating. We were able to arrive early and depart later which helped us spend that extra time with our mid. Thank you and we'll be staying with you more often.

Location, location, location ... We are an easy walk to the Navy Marine Memorial Stadium or City Dock. Located in historic Presidents Hill, its near some of the best restaurants in Annapolis. The home has been newly painted, newly furnished, new HVAC, and scrubbed for an exceptional clean experience.
