Welcome to ArtSea — a beautifully remodeled beachfront condo on Gasparilla Island’s Gulf shore, where old Florida lives on in the best possible way. Step outside your door and you’re on the sand: a wide, shell-strewn beach where the Gulf of America stretches in front of you and the sky erupts with color every single evening at sunset. This is Boca Grande — unhurried, authentic, and unlike anywhere else in Florida.

ArtSea was completely remodeled last summer with an eye for quality and detail that shows in every room. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open, light-filled floor plan make this the perfect retreat for couples, families, and anyone who has been dreaming of a proper island escape. You’re part of a small, intimate community — just five buildings surrounding a beachfront pool perched directly on the Gulf — which means the pool always feels like it’s yours. Step outside to miles of pristine, quiet beaches perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and scouting sand dollars like a pro. Paddle board or kayak along the sparkling shore, or charter a boat and chase the horizon. Historic downtown Boca Grande, with its charming restaurants and boutiques, is just a short walk down the beach.

Our experience at Art Sea was great. The condo was newly renovated and perfect for our family of four. We loved that we were so close to the beach and a short golf cart ride to anything we might need!

We loved our stay here! Everything was incredibly convenient, from the beach and pool access, to the comfy king-size bed and in-unit laundry. Having the beach chairs and umbrella handy and the ability to walk just a short distance to the water made everything so easy, which when you have a 2 and 5 year old is greatly appreciated. The heated pool was a fan favorite as well. Communication with Sam was quick, easy and thorough!

The condo was wonderful! Sam thought of everything and was very responsive when we had questions. The complex has a pool, but we spent most of our time on the beach with the chairs that were provided. This area of the beach had very few people, so it was ideal for a relaxing week.

Great location, easy access directly on beach. Had everything needed, beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen items (coffee machine blender, cooking utensils, etc). Owner and property manager were responsive and helpful. Would come back again!

Condo was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Sam is an awesome host. Great communication very prompt with responses. Goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable.Walk down 1 flight of steps and your toes are in the sand! Gulf water is amazing.We hope to return next year and possibly a longer stay.

What a fantastic little gem! Sam is a great host very quick to respond and helpful. The condo is exactly as described and absolutely perfect. The king size bed is comfy. All the kitchen items you could ever need. The unit was clean and spacious. Our stay was a little get away for my husband and I but, it would also be great for a family. It is actual steps from the condo to the sand. Due to the time of year of our visit we had the beach area mostly to ourselves. It was wonderful. There is a private pool on the property great for dipping in after our day on the beach. The sunsets, seashells and scenery were amazing. We definitely plan on returning.

Sam’s place is beautiful! It has high end mattresses and large smart TV’s in the two bedrooms and the living room. The sofa in the living room was large, comfortable, and easily accommodated my family and other visitors stopping in. The layout was perfect for a group of 6 plus friends visiting for dinner. There was plenty of seating for meals. Love the location just steps from the beach. And I especially loved being able to bring my two small dogs! The only downside was that the pull out sofa in the third bedroom/office was too firm and uncomfortable for my adult kids to sleep on. Sam was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The decor and artwork was clean and modern. There is a Serta adjustable mattress in the master bedroom, which was really nice. The hand soap and dish detergent were missing when we arrived. Sam contacted housekeeping, and it was just an oversight on the cleaning crew’s part. Fortunately, my son was arriving after us, so we had him stop at Publix for those items. There is one roll of TP in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels, so bring extra if you have a lot of people and a longer stay. We really love Sam’s place and plan to stay again next summer.

If anything is overlooked or missed, I’ll always make it right, and promptly—such as the missing soap. Should have been more paper products too.
