A memorable stay awaits you at the lakeside chalet, La Villa du Lac Gordon.
Please note, the maximum number of adults is 10. However, we can accommodate up to 14 people if the additional guests are children under 12 years old.
You will enjoy, among other things: ☼ Its 4-season spa and direct access to the lake

The house is ready to welcome your group, from the smallest to the largest:
✧ 5 closed bedrooms, one with a King bed & private balcony, two with Queen beds, one with 2 bunk beds with single mattresses, and the last bedroom with a bunk bed with double mattresses. Each room includes storage space and blackout curtains.
✧ The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook. You’ll find dishes, utensils, plates, pots, pans, tools, etc. Additionally, some essentials will be provided, such as oil, salt, pepper, ground coffee, etc. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small dining table with a bench and 2 chairs. The main dining room offers a table with 8 comfortable chairs. We also provide a high chair for your baby and a pack & play.
✧ The living room features a large sectional sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, and a smart TV for family movie nights. Adjacent to the living room is the patio door leading to the terrace, where you can enjoy the BBQ and dine outdoors on the garden sofas or patio table.
✧ The property includes three full bathrooms, two upstairs and downstairs with a shower, and a smaller one downstairs with a combined bath-shower.
✧ Outside, you’ll have access to the private 4-season spa and direct access to Lake Gordon, which is right in front of the chalet. The waterfront has a small sandy beach shared with other chalet owners on the street, and the descent into the water is gradual! You’ll have access to three paddleboards, 4 adult life jackets, and 2 children’s life jackets. The watercraft are not available during the winter season from October 15th to June 1st.
✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of a locked storage area.
✦ You will share the large beach and lake access with other chalet owners.
-IMPORTANT:
-All guests must complete a pre-check-in form via an "EnsoConnect" link to our online guest guide, which will be sent upon booking confirmation.
-The verification steps require the guest to provide contact information, a valid ID, and authorization for an $800 security deposit hold.
We understand that accidents can happen. To offer peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options to protect both your stay and the property:
Damage Waiver
For a small one-time fee, our Damage Waiver covers accidental damages as well as normal wear and tear during your stay. It offers coverage up to $49, protecting you from unexpected repair or replacement costs and helping to keep the property in excellent condition for you and future guests. With the Damage Waiver, you can fully enjoy your stay without additional stress.
Note: The Damage Waiver is non-refundable. Be sure to report any damages before your departure.
Security Deposit
You can also choose to pay a refundable $800 Security Deposit to cover any potential damages during your stay. If no damages are found after your departure, the hold on your payment method will be released.
Note: Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card provider.
ATTENTION
Parties are strictly prohibited. The peace and quiet of the neighborhood are paramount.
It is recommended to come with a 4x4 vehicle during winter, as there are steep slopes on the roads leading to the chalet from November to April.
Since the chalet is new, after heavy rains, the ground may be muddy and soft in some areas for a while.
STEPS & PARKING
You must use an outdoor staircase with 43 steps to access the chalet from the parking area. Unfortunately, the chalet is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
WIFI
The wifi at the chalet is excellent. With a speed of 125 mbps, you'll be able to work remotely without any issues.
TV
We have 3 smart TVs in the unit but do not offer cable channels. You will be able to log into your Netflix, Prime, Disney+ accounts directly on the TV.
FIREPLACE / WOOD
An outdoor fireplace and an indoor fireplace are available for your use. We will provide firewood, but I suggest bringing kindling and paper to help get the fire started. You can purchase it nearby, and I will send you the addresses before your stay.
In winter: It is your responsibility to clear the access to the outdoor fireplace.
– We accept pets (max. 2 per rental). To simplify the process, we encourage you to pay the pet fee via Enso Connect before your arrival. This will allow us to ensure a smooth check-in process. Thank you for your cooperation!
-The number of pets is limited to 2 per chalet.
-Pets must not be allowed on the furniture.
