The front entrance opens to a spacious mud room, with plenty of room for shoes and outerwear and leads to the main floor.
The main floor consists of a brand new kitchen, complete with an oversized fridge/freezer, oversized oven/stove, open shelving and an 8' island with seating for 4. The 11' dining table comfortably seats 12, and can seat up to 20 if, by request, table is expanded to the maximum length of 15'. There is a separate wet bar area with a sink, second dishwasher, ice maker, and beverage fridge.
The living room has a sectional, fireplace, and TV. Behind the living room is an additional sitting room, which can function as a lounge, game room, or additional dining space.
Access to the indoor pool is through a door from the main floor into the backside of entry way, entirely indoors. You'll pass a washer/dryer and a half bath. There is keypad lock securing access to pool building for safety. There is a 36’ x 20’ heated pool, and diving board. A 7 person hot tub nestled in the corner allows for a full view of the pool as well as the backyard through the picture window. There is additional counter space and a beverage fridge between the hot tub and the sauna. The floor is heated, making it perfect for year round swimming and leisure.
The lower level (semi basement) is accessed from the main floor. This floor has three bedrooms, and an additional washer/dryer. All three bedrooms have king sized beds, private en suites and TV's. One of the en suites has a tub/shower combo and the other two are showers.
If you make your way back to the main floor, you'll be able to take the stairs to the second level. This floor hosts the 3rd washer/dryer set, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom is the master suite, with a king sized bed, TV, and a large private en suite, including a separate soaking tub. The other bedroom is slightly smaller but also has a king sized sleeping arrangement, TV, and private en suite with a shower. If preferred, this room can be used as an additional lounge or living space by modifying the sleeping arrangement to a sitting option. Between the two bedrooms, a hallway allows access to the final bathroom and staircase to the upper level.
The upper level is an open space with multiple uses. There are four sofas that can be set up as 8 twin beds, 4 king beds, or a combination of the three.

There is a ring doorbell camera as well as one other exterior camera facing the driveway. There is an electric car charger mounted on the side of the building; use is included in your reservation. The parking is uncovered and is currently sand/gravel. Later in 2026 the backyard will expand with a larger deck and patio space.
