The space
The apartment includes a plush king-size bed, a comfortable sofa, and a 55-inch smart TV for entertainment. The dedicated work desk makes it an ideal spot for business travelers or remote workers. The fully equipped kitchen, fitted with modern appliances, ensures a seamless stay. Step out onto the balcony, where you can relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.

Guests at Prime Residency 3 enjoy access to a modern gym, a swimming pool, and 24-hour security. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this cozy studio provides the perfect retreat in the peaceful yet well-connected Jebel Ali Village.
Other things to note
As a requirement from the Dubai Government, all guests are required to provide all their Emirates ID or passport copies prior to their arrival to register with the building and in the government portal. *HOUSE RULES* While you are our guests, we request that you please observe these house rules. Violations may result in charges and/or immediate eviction.
1. Check-in time is after 3:00 pm, and check-out time is on or before 12:00 PM; therefore, rooms should be totally cleared by 12:00 PM to give our staff ample time to clean the rooms for the next guests.
2. MEALS ARE NOT INCLUDED. Room cleaning and linen change can be booked through us at an additional cost; booking needs to be made a day in advance. (*Subject to availability)
3. Guests are reminded to look after their valuables (wallets, jewelry, mobile phones, laptops, passports, etc.). Blue Breeze will not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings.
4. Please handle keys with care. Any damage or loss will be subject to a charge of AED 500.
5. NO REFUND will be given on ANY unused days of booking if the guest chooses to check out earlier than their booking period.
6. Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
7. No outside visitors allowed without prior permission from the reception. All guests must be registered with their passport or ID at reception.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms; a charge of AED 1,500 will be levied if anyone is found smoking in the room. Smoking is permitted in the designated area of the building or the balcony area, if available. Please close the balcony door to prevent smoke from entering the room.
9. No gambling of any kind or unlawful behavior is permitted.
10. Illegal drugs practice with-in the apartment or the building premises is strictly prohibited.
11. Please help us maintain our rates by conserving electricity. All electric appliances and lights should be turned off when you go out.
12. In case of a violation of the above regulations, the management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave.
13. The management reserves the right to alter or amend the above regulations without any notice.
