I appreciated that the property was clean and communication with the owner was quick and easy. The check in process with the front desk was a little frustrating due to a brand new guy working the desk. I asked him if I was at 211 Fort York upon arrival at 8pm and he didn’t know so I spent a good amount of time walking around the building looking for that specific address.

Host was very quick to respond to our questions and a pleasure to deal with. Location was perfect for trade show at enercentre. Air conditioning ran constantly but never achieved a temperature lower than 23 degrees. Handles to open a window were removed and had to be pushed open for air to cool the place down. Furniture and kitchen amenities were very poor quality. Security staff at front desk were often rude if asked questions. Apartment was small and 2nd bedroom was very tight with no windows. Although description online is accurate as to space. At an average of 500 per night we rated this as OK.

We had a fantastic stay here. Perfect walking distance for exploring the city and catching some Blue Jays games! Owner was super helpful, attentive, and kind. Clean and extremely comfortable. Would highly, highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you! 4 happy, out of town Blue Jays fans
