Inside the Home This spacious townhome features four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. Each bedroom includes a king-size bed, and all bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. The layout includes two bedrooms on the first floor and two upstairs, ideal for families or couples traveling together.
The living room invites you to unwind with a large, comfortable L-shaped sectional and a smart TV. Adjacent is a dining table that seats eight. The fully equipped kitchen boasts spectacular ocean views, making meal prep a joy.
Outdoor Living Step out onto your own private lanai where you can dine al fresco, lounge in the sun, or fire up the BBQ grill for sunset dinners. The lanai overlooks an expansive grassy area that feels like your own private backyard, with direct access to the shoreline just steps away.
Puamana Community Puamana is a 30-acre gated community filled with lush landscaping, open green spaces, and nearly a mile of oceanfront. Guests enjoy access to the Dolphin Pool and a peaceful neighborhood where bikes and skateboards outnumber cars. The speed limit is just 10mph, making it a safe place for kids and families.
Depending on the season, the beach offers a range of activities—surfing and boogie boarding in the summer and calm swimming or snorkeling in the winter months.
Lahaina & Local Area We’re grateful that Puamana 9-2, along with 130 homes in this community, was spared from the Lahaina Fire. The area has been cleared and deemed safe by Maui County and the EPA, with all utilities—including water, sewer, cable, and internet—fully operational.
While Lahaina rebuilds, the spirit of aloha remains vibrant. Local restaurants such as Star Noodle, Mala Ocean Tavern, Honu Oceanside, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Coco Deck Lahaina are open and welcoming guests. Boat excursions are available at Mala Wharf, and grocery stores like Safeway and Foodland Farms are just 10 minutes away. For even more dining and activities, the world-famous Ka’anapali Resort area is only 15 minutes north.

Things to Note You are visiting a tropical paradise, which means nature is all around you. Geckos, ants, roosters, lizards, and even the occasional cockroach are a normal part of life in Hawaii. We maintain a clean and well-kept home, but little visitors are always possible.

Beach out front of Puamana can be seasonal from time to time throughout the year due to large surf and storms that carry the sand off the beach and down the reef for a time. Due to this we cannot guarantee beach conditions throughout the year.
