Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in the vibrant and active Overlook community! We will ensure your stay in enjoyable and memorable! You are our number priority and this is your home away from home! See you soon!
Monthly stays include up to $200 in utility usage (electricity, gas, water). Any overage will be billed separately. 30 day stays also including a $1,000 refundable deposit, a $200 cleaning fee and a lease agreement.
30+ Day Stay Requirements:
- A standard lease agreement must be signed before check-in. We’ll send it via DocuSign or email once your booking is confirmed.
- A refundable security deposit of $500 is required and collected outside Airbnb.
- Guests are responsible for utilities exceeding $200/month (if applicable).
- No subleasing, unauthorized occupants, or third-party bookings.
Violations may result in fees or termination of stay.
By booking, you agree to these house rules and the lease terms.
