The Home:
This private home is perched on a gentle hill, offering stunning views of rolling hills and valleys, Turkey Scratch Mountain, and sometimes even the neighboring cows grazing just beyond the fence line.

The main level features two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for guest use, located in a dedicated space within the secondary downstairs bathroom.

Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious open loft with a separate living area, four full-size bunk beds, a patio with scenic views, and a large full bathroom with a tub.

Garage Game Room & Pet Suite:
The garage—connected to the home by a breezeway—is both dog-friendly and doubles as a game room. This heated and cooled space includes a ping pong table, classic Nintendo, dart board, and a great selection of board games.

An XL doggie door provides access to a 20x15 fenced area, making it easy for pups to enjoy their own outdoor space. ******Please note, the inside of the home is not pup friend, thank you for understanding!

Pet Policy (Please Read Carefully):
Pets are only permitted in the heated and cooled 400 sq. ft., two-car garage. Pets are not allowed inside the home. The garage is a comfortable hangout space featuring a TV, couch, dining table with chairs, dartboard, and a compact ping pong table.

• A $75 pet fee is required and must be added to your reservation
• Please include your pet when booking
• Undisclosed pets observed via exterior cameras will be invoiced the $75 fee. This fee helps cover additional cleaning and general wear and tear.

River Access & Kayaks:
Kayaks shown in photos are not included with the rental. However, nearby kayak rental options are available and we’re happy to share recommendations! *Smooth Rapids Outfitters & Kayak*
Only guests staying at the Cottage may use the community common area with river access.

River Levels: The river is typically low from mid-October through May due to Center Hill Dam operations. Water releases generally beginning in late May. Swimming and fishing are allowed year-round. Please swim and use amenities at your own risk.

Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The home is under 1,800 sq. ft. and is not equipped to accommodate additional guests. Please message host for approval if additional guests will be visiting. Bridal parties are common here, but only 8 guests may stay overnight at one time.

Grill Propane:
We do our best to keep propane available, but propane levels cannot be guaranteed.

Family Amenities:
A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available. Baby gates are not provided. Furniture is not secured to wall.

Fire extinguisher is in the kitchen cabinet closest to the wooden bench.
