The downstairs space is thoughtfully designed for seniors, offering a step-free private entrance for easy access, a spacious bedroom with a lounge chair, TV, and workspace, plus a large bathroom with safety grab bars. It also includes a full kitchen, an elegant dining area for family meals, and a cozy living room with a sofa, Smart TV, and vintage record player—providing both comfort and a nostalgic touch.


• Fun & Cozy Kids’ Room – Thoughtfully designed just for little ones, filled with toys, books, and a comfy twin bed to make their stay extra special. A extra floor mattress can be set up by yourself in the kids’ room or the king bedroom with the parents. Pack’n play and baby playpen provided.

On the back of the house, it also have 2 decks. Upper deck with better view and sunlight, and lower deck is covered and equipped with picnic table and seats, so it could be a perfect hideout when the rain falls.
