This was a great stay and property! We were in town for a wedding and it was super close. Downtown Ball Ground is only about an 8 minute drive. The property was great for larger groups. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms!! Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Could not recommend enough!!

This is a nice, roomy house, set on a farm set back from the road. Very quiet for this close to Atlanta. The linens were excellent and the kitchen very functional. TV is huge! Garage is clear of stuff, so you can easily get two cars in there. There's not any other houses for 8-10 people in this immediate area, so we will definitely be coming back when we visit our family in the area.

BEWARE!!!! After having to request check in info 5 minutes prior to check in it was brought to my attention that the grass was knee high. I communicated this to the owner who so very impolite told me they had it cut once a month and that we were not supposed to be having a wedding. I explained that I had paid an extra fee for the wedding and the grass was knee high and this was not what the property looked like in the pictures nor when the property was viewed. He REFUSED to assist, said we could cut it! We'll, for the sake of the Bride, we did. 4 men, 10 hours, gas trailer rental, time spent cleaning up someone else's yard instead of helping decorate, cook, etc. AT LEAST 175 SPENT IN TIME AND SUPPLIES THAT WE ARE OUT AS THIS OWNER THINKS KNEE HIGH GRASS FOR WOMEN TO WALK THROUGH IS ACCEPTABLE FOR A WEDDING!!

The listing is pretty accurate and price is fair. The twin bedroom actually has two full beds, and it is not really part of the main house. It’s over the garage with its own bathroom, which would be nice , but we could not get the air conditioning to reach that area and there was not a window unit provided. The lights in that bathroom did not stay on, there is some sort of short in the wire. There were very few towels provided throughout the house, but especially over there. There was not any shower supplies as well over there. The place is stuffy when you first walk in like a cabin that’s not open too often. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the value for our larger group. Had the bonus room been more comfortable to sleep and shower in the review would be much higher. The loft area has a mat on the ground that a few kids could sleep on and an air mattress could fit in that area.
