Exactly as described

We booked this house to stay a night while visiting with our son who is working as a camp counselor at a local Scout camp. It was a great house, clean, with plenty of space and laundry facilities so we could wash his clothes. Check-in and check-out process was easy and the owners were very clear about everything. We were planning to stay again in a few weeks, but my son doesn't want to spend time with Mom & Dad unfortunately!

The Cattail Manor is our getaway place from the hustle and bustle of the city. We want our guests to feel at home when they visit our house. We know our guests will truly enjoy the mountains just as much as we do at Cattail Manor.

Nestled in the heart of the Catskills, this vibrant small town offers the perfect mix of natural beauty, creative energy, and small-town charm. Whether you’re strolling down Main Street browsing local shops and galleries, grabbing a bite at one of the farm-to-table restaurants, or hiking along the nearby trails and waterfalls, there’s something peaceful and grounding about this place.

What we enjoy most is the sense of community here. Locals are friendly, the pace is relaxing, and every season brings something special—from fall foliage and fly fishing to summer festivals and cozy winter weekends. It’s a place where you can truly unwind, reconnect with nature, and feel at home.

Our home is just minutes from the center of town, so you can enjoy the quiet and privacy of the countryside while still being close to all the local attractions. We chose Livingston Manor not just for its beauty, but for its spirit—and we’re excited to share that with you.
