One of only a select handful of true single family beachfront rentals located on West Gulf Drive, 4039 West Gulf is as distinguished in its rarity as it is by its charming, Key-West inspired, character. With three bedrooms+loft den and four bathrooms spanning nearly 3,000 square feet, adorned by luscious tropical landscaping, guests will appreciate the privacy and spaciousness this residence affords them. Featuring a custom pool and spa overlooking the white sandy beaches of Sanibel's West End and wrap around breezeway patios ensconcing the entire second level of this home, 4039 West Gulf redefines the meaning of beachfront living in SWFL!
The Space:
Inspired by Key-West style living, this home is situated across three levels- With the primary living space located on the 1st and 2nd floor and the ground level featuring a garage space with recreation room. The kitchen, living area, and the two guest bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. The primary bedroom, a second more intimate living room, and the loft den are located on the 2nd floor. The bedrooms are configured as follows-
Primary Bedroom: Features a king bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and walk in shower with skylight, and en-suite patio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Guest Bedroom 1: Features a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with single vanity and walk in shower.
Guest Bedroom 2: Features a queen bed and detached bathroom/laundry with single vanity and walk in shower.
Loft Den: Currently set up as an office but will eventually be converted into a fourth bedroom. If your group requires a fourth bedroom please communicate this to us prior to booking and we can confirm if this change has been made.
The living room area on the first floor features ample seating and an electric fireplace with Smart TV. The kitchen is located just off the living room and features an island with seating, Kitchen Aid appliances, and a wine cooler. There is a six person dining table located just off the kitchen. The 1st floor features multiple accesses to the wraparound patio with ample seating. The second living area is located on the second floor and features a smart TV and comfy seating. A street facing balcony is located just off the second living area. Downstairs on the ground level, guests will find the custom, heated, pool and spa. Directly off of the pool/spa area is a shell lined path to the beach.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire living area, the pool and spa, and the beach access behind the home.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located on Sanibel's West Gulf Drive, one of the most prestigious and desirable areas in SWFL.
Getting Around:
We recommend a golf cart or rental car to get around the island while staying with us.
Other Things to Note:
We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. Guests will receive the rental agreement at the time of reservation confirmation.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed, but provide guests ample privacy to enjoy their vacation in peace and solitude.
