From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel right at home. The open and airy floor plan creates an inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal for family and friends, while the spacious living area features a large sectional sofa that easily converts into a queen sleeper, plus a large smart TV for cozy movie nights. The remodeled full bathroom features an oversized vanity and a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. The spacious master bedroom includes a brand-new king mattress and generous storage to make you feel truly settled during your stay.

Slide open the glass doors to your private screened lanai—an extended living space ideal for morning coffee, afternoon naps, or evening conversations in the fresh coastal air.

Step out into the backyard and enjoy the beautiful oversized heated saltwater pool, complete with plenty of loungers and a table with an umbrella for shaded relaxation. A gas grill is conveniently located right outside the apartment for effortless outdoor cooking and dining.

For added ease, designated parking spaces are available just steps from the door. Best of all, the beach is only half a block away! We provide beach chairs, wagons, and umbrellas, so you can head out and enjoy the sun and surf with everything you need.

Guests will have access to the entire first-floor apartment, which includes a private entrance. This apartment offers two designated parking spaces. Enjoy shared amenities like the communal pool and BBQ grill, shared with only one other apartment.
