Town Park, Bear Creek Trail, Telluride Penny Bear (Ursa Ravus), Hanley Indoor Ice Rink, and Kid's Fishing Pond are all within walking distance, this prime location boasts easy trail access for hiking and biking and a flat walk to skiing. A short 5min walk will bring you to the town free gondola.

Upon entering your condo you will discover a welcoming, modern, open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces. The living area offers an inviting atmosphere to unwind and create everlasting memories - gather around the electric fireplace and prepare for a tranquil and entertaining evening, streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The kitchen has been appointed with a modern Caraway chefs inventory that will make cooking a breeze. There is nothing like returning home from a soothing time in the community hot tub to a delicious homemade meal. Enjoy easy access to an extensive deck with seating and impressive views of the nearby mountains. Additional perks include an in room washer/dryer and on-site washer/dryer room.

Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
All guests shall abide by the buildings good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Covered assigned parking was excellent. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Only complaint I have is that the hot tub was closed. We really had looked forward to soaking in the tub at night,

This unit is amazing with every feature you'd ever want. It's even nicer than in the pictures. The location in town is great with access to the Galloping Goose Free Shuttle right out front. The Cowboy Coffee Shop across the street is great in the morning. The hosts communicated perfectly throughout the process before and after our visit.

This apartment was beautiful! Excellent location, fully stoked kitchen, and very clean. The hot tub was closed which was a bit of a bummer, but otherwise great stay! The town was pretty closed - pretty much everything goes on break for two weeks in April so I would keep that in mind if you're planning a trip!
