Welcome to Your Private Retreat!
Clean, quiet, affordable. Just 30 minutes from Dallas, this cozy guesthouse on Lake Ray Hubbard is close to shopping, dining, and major highways. Enjoy a private entry, queen bed, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, and patio. Private driveway parking and keypad entry make check-in easy.
Perfect for a peaceful getaway for work or pleasure, with scenic views and city convenience.
The space:
This is a private suite with a private entrance. One level, no stairs. You will park in the private driveway. The studio has an incredibly comfortable queen bed, sitting area with large 55" smart TV, and bathroom. The large shower has a built in bench the length of the shower. Guests rave about the many complimentary amenities. At Mary's Nest everything has been provided with your comfort and convenience in mind.
Other things to note:
-This is a private studio attached to an owner-occupied home. Please note that due to shared spaces and close living proximity, pets are not permitted.
-We have a whole house generator and surge protector so you will never be without power in your suite and your electronics are protected.
