And you are right on both accounts - the views are fantastic and it's a great location for kids. We raised 5 children skiing/snowboarding so we wanted an easy in and out. No lugging skis and boards. Ski right out and right back in. You are welcome back anytime, but book early. I sell out every year and now my adult children are starting to take weeks for themselves!

Glad you enjoyed the condo. It is the perfect size and location and next year it's going to be even better since the building is going through a complete remodel (new roof, siding, windows, entrance) and the condo will be getting a fresh new look with a new fireplace, flooring and bathroom remodel.

I am sorry that the dryer and the dishwasher quit working after the first couple of days. They were brand new appliances installed during our kitchen remodel which was completed the week before check in. You were the first family to use the condo after the remodel. Regarding the dishwasher, there was a cap that had fallen off somewhere inside the dishwasher. Once it was put back on, the dishwasher worked fine. The dryer's electric cord had come lose in the back. Once it was reconnected the dryer worked fine. Both of these issues could have been resolved immediately had the procedure been followed to call the private property manger with any problems. Instead it was reported it to the front desk who has no authority in managing the condo as stated in the procedures document sent out prior to check in. By the time I, the owner, was called later in the week it was one day from check out. There is a family currently occupying the condo for the month of August and they report that all appliances are working as intended.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay and loved the large condo and great location. Some of the noted "broken in" items will taken care of in this upcoming off season. The entire building is being shut down for a total building remodel- new roof, windows, siding, entrance, etc. While that is happening, we will be remodeling the first floor of the condo as well. Hope you will return and enjoy all our new improvements!
