The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up delicious meals with fresh island ingredients, while the dining area seats 4 and offers the perfect spot to gather and share good food and great company. The living room features a comfy sleeper sofa and a 65" Smart TV — ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedroom is your private retreat with a portable AC, a 32" Cable TV, and a plush king-sized bed for a restful night. The 2 bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, and the unit also includes air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and free parking to make your stay as easy as possible.



Kamaole Sands is right across the street from the stunning Kamaole III Beach Park — a favorite for swimming, snorkeling, and unforgettable sunsets. You'll be just a short stroll from shops, cafes, and everything you need to enjoy island life to the fullest.



The resort also presents a range of amenities catering to every member of the family, including a large pool, a small wading pool, hot tubs for both adults and families, well-maintained tennis courts, barbecue facilities, inviting picnic spots, and a state-of-the-art fitness center! There is a $79.58 resort fee per guest that covers up to 30 days (longer stays will result in an additional $ 40/30-day period).

HOW TO GET HERE:

From Kahului Airport, it’s about a 31-minute drive – Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.



CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT:

Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM

Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM



Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.



STARTER SUPPLIES:

We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - Keurig coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.



HOUSEKEEPING:

Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

 

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding. 



LINENS & TOWELS:

You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds have a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

There will be construction occurring at Kamaole Sands from April 2024 to December 2025. This includes work on wastewater pipes, replacement of PVC pipes within bathroom and kitchen walls, and roof replacements. Throughout this period, there might be noise due to construction activities, and parking availability could be limited. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Kamaole Sands is located in the heart of South Kihei, just steps from Kamaole Beach Park III—a popular spot for swimming, snorkeling, and sunset watching. The neighborhood offers a relaxed, walkable atmosphere with nearby shops, restaurants, and cafes, while being just a short drive from the upscale Wailea area. It’s a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and classic Maui charm.



Getting Around:

Getting around from Kamaole Sands is easy and convenient. Many shops, restaurants, and beaches are within walking distance, so a car isn't always necessary. However, having a rental car is ideal if you plan to explore other parts of Maui like Lahaina, Haleakalā, or the Road to Hana. There is a complimentary assigned parking for our guests. Additionally, there is a local bus stop nearby, and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area.
