However in case of inclement weather (such as snow or ice), 4WD or AWD is recommended to ensure safe and reliable access. We recommend checking weather conditions ahead of your trip and planning accordingly.

At the same time, we’re just a short drive from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, so guests can enjoy hiking, shopping, dining, and entertainment without ever being far from home base. It’s the ideal spot for relaxing, exploring, and making lasting memories in the mountains.
