We’re thrilled to introduce our brand new vacation rental cabin nestled in the beautiful mountains of Heber-Overgaard Arizona! Just a short drive from the Valley, this cozy retreat is the perfect way to beat the Phoenix heat and enjoy cooler temps year-round.

Whether you’re looking to unplug, reconnect with nature, or simply spend quality time with friends and family, our mountain cabin has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Built just 5 years ago, it sleeps up to 6 and comes fully furnished — including kitchenware, linens, and even essentials for the little ones (crib, high chair, and more).

Family-friendly, fully equipped, and ready for your next adventure — we can’t wait to share our little slice of mountain paradise with you!

Perfect location and easy access to everything in Heber/Overgaard. The cabin was beautiful and had everything you need for the perfect stay. Great front and back porches and nice large backyard for playing corn hole.

From the outside, the property has great curb appeal. The appeal doesn’t stop there. Inside it is nicely furnished and contains all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the large decks and spent a lot of time outside listening to the birds and reading while enjoying the cooler temperatures. Check in and out were seamless and we can definitely see ourselves booking a future stay.

Exceptionally clean, neatly/efficiently organized and well appointed. Communication stream by/between host & client was as expected - no wrinkles. While we did not use the kitchen & features, that was also well appointed. While area we covered locally was small, several businesses offered quite varied hours of operation.The accommodations were very comfortable, mostly quiet noting that the main highway can be heard at times during the day. The home setting is also quite pleasant. Would definitely stay their again!

This Home is beautiful and in a very peaceful neighborhood! It is within minutes of everything you want to do! We love all the antique shops around the Heber area! My husband and I have stayed in a lot of VRBO‘s in Heber Overgard, as well as Pinetop and Show Low. This one definitely ranks as number one. Not only were they very welcoming, providing us with a beautiful bottle of wine and a card for our anniversary but the place was spotless and the best stocked VRBO I’ve ever been in. I felt right at home from the minute I stepped into the cabin. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your beautiful cabin.

Family Summer Getaway

Recently took the family up north from the valley for 4th of July weekend. The location of this property made everything so simple to get around. Local dining and convenience stores you can walk to. Lakes and trails only minutes away. Enough parking for your trailer and off road toys! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and the property managers are fantastic to work with. Hope to be back soon!

Owner had cameras and did not state so..it was a surprise to me. VRBO rules clearly state that the presence of on-premise cameras must be stated in the property description.BBQ grill was filthy and cover was off laying on the porch. I left it cleaned:) it and left the cover on.There were conflicting orders about the placement of trash. The website direction say to put it outside and another place in the WELCOME book said to keep it in the kitchen bins. Problem is if you have more trash than the two small bins will hold, what then? I left a full bag of trash on the floor in the kitchen and two full trash bags in the undercounter slots.Also, there was a trash can on the back porch that was half full of trash when we arrived. Obviously the previous tenet did not get the memo:)Other that these small items. All good. Very nice place.

Hi Mark, Thanks for staying and for the review! Please see the property description on VRBO showing that we did disclose the Ring cameras. In the House Rules, we do not say to leave trash outside, but in the Kitchen. There are bears in the area and it is absolutely not prudent to leave anything outside. Also mentioned in the website and welcome book is that there is a free trash compactor in town, and that we would provide details if you needed to dispose of anything before leaving. MY family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is beautiful inside and feels spacious with a wonderful open layout. The front and back decks are perfectly situated and shaded for leisurely mornings or afternoons sipping coffee, reading, bird-watching, or even napping. Loved the natural light in every room, and the "snack bar" awaiting us on the kitchen island was a delightful and welcome surprise. Cute little quiet neighborhood. We happily rode our bikes all around it. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!

We bought this beautiful cabin 2 years ago, and loved the mountain vibe so much we bought another to live in full time!

Laid back neighborhood, close to everything. Coffee shops, best burger in town and thrifting are right around the corner!
