GREAT Location on this newly renovated Studio that is perfect for to 2 people! Peaceful and centrally-located just 2 miles from the Mid County interchange in Plymouth Meeting which brings together the turnpike, the north east extension and the blue route (Route 476) Pet friendly for a small fee and large yard in the rear for such things. Walking distance to bowling alley, food, Grocery Store, laser tag. Please bring queen sheets/towels needed for your stay. Paper products will be provided.

Vrbo from Hell.

This was my first time looking through VRBO. The apartment was behind a business so I thought that it would be in a better lit area. It was very dark, there on was one side shopping center but they were men hanging out late at night when we got in around 12 a.m. The host has not been responsive to me since I asked a question 3 days before check-in. It was very unclean and I did not feel safe staying there so I contacted the company VRBO for advice. The host said that if I called, he could have fixed the issues. However, I have only contacted him through the app. Do not stay here, it is unsafe. The smell hit as soon as you open the door was horrible.

Not clean.

Could not get in when I first got there. For some reason the host gave me the wrong code in the email. So i was out at almost midnight. Then i finally got inside and took off my shoes, withing 30 mins of walking around, the bottom of my new white socks were covered in filth. Host did not inform me until later there was no washer, dryer, or towels. Had to dry off with a shirt because all stores were closed. Shelves and drawers in the kitchen were messy. Tried to cook for the team and the stove was way too small. Linens had stains and look like thwy have not been washed anytime recently. Thower was dirty, there was soap still on the liner from previous stays. This host needs to do better at getting that place properly cleaned for the next guest.
